The companies, Alfasig, Alpino Tecnologia, and ERP Praeter, all specialize in electronic tax document management solutions. The three acquired companies originate from Passo Fundo, Brazil, and operate within a connected ecosystem anchored by the Alfasig brand. Founded in 2006, Alfasig provides essential fiscal infrastructure technology that integrates with enterprise resource planning systems. The company has established a national presence with offices in several major Brazilian cities.
Complementing Alfasig's core offerings, Alpino Tecnologia focuses on issuing tax documents directly from point-of-sale payment terminals, a critical function for the retail sector. Meanwhile, ERP Praeter provides a comprehensive business management system that includes integrated fiscal document issuance. Together, they offer a full suite of solutions for managing complex tax compliance requirements.
