Valu Jordan and HyperPay have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding digital payment and Buy Now, Pay Later solutions across Jordan. The collaboration brings together Valu’s consumer finance offering with HyperPay’s payment gateway infrastructure to support merchants, service providers, and consumers. Announced on June 18, 2026, the partnership reflects the growing momentum behind digital commerce and fintech adoption in the Kingdom.

Partnership to Expand Digital Payments

Under the agreement, merchants within Valu’s network will gain access to HyperPay’s digital payment solutions, allowing them to activate and process online payments more efficiently. At the same time, merchants already using HyperPay will be able to offer Valu’s BNPL services through direct arrangements with the company. This structure is designed to give customers more payment flexibility while helping businesses complete transactions in a faster, simpler, and more secure way.

HyperPay’s payment gateway will be integrated with the Valu app, which is available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery. The integration is intended to simplify the payment process without requiring merchants to manage complex technical procedures. Both companies said the service will follow high standards for security, compliance, and operational reliability.

Benefits for Merchants and Consumers

The partnership is expected to create new opportunities for merchants and service providers across several sectors, including e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, and everyday services. By combining payment processing with flexible financing options, the companies aim to help businesses increase customer access and support sales growth. The collaboration also expands Valu’s merchant network and broadens the range of products and services available to customers using its platform.

For consumers, the service responds to changing shopping habits across both online channels and approved merchant networks. Valu’s flexible payment plans allow customers to manage purchases and expenses within their approved credit limits. The companies said the result will be a smoother digital payment experience, whether customers are shopping directly or completing payments through the Valu app using HyperPay’s gateway.

Leadership Comments

Mohammad Al Yousef, Chief Executive Officer of Valu Jordan, said the partnership supports the company’s strategy to strengthen its market presence and simplify customers’ financial lives. He added that the collaboration contributes to digital transformation and financial inclusion while reinforcing Jordan’s position as a regional center for digital financial services. Al Yousef also highlighted HyperPay’s technical expertise and operational role in helping deliver the partnership successfully.

Muhannad Ebwini, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HyperPay, said the company believes improving the shopping experience begins with making payments simpler through innovation. He noted that this approach has enabled HyperPay to develop a wide range of smart payment solutions for merchants and consumers. Ebwini said the partnership with Valu aligns with HyperPay’s goal of enabling smoother and more flexible commerce experiences across the market.

Operational Roles

As part of the partnership, HyperPay will manage merchant onboarding, system connectivity, technical support, and ongoing maintenance. The company will also handle merchant inquiries and provide support throughout both the onboarding and operational phases. Valu will continue to manage merchant relationships while delivering its BNPL solutions to strengthen the experience for businesses and customers in Jordan.

Valu operates in Jordan under a Specialized Finance license after receiving final approval from the Central Bank of Jordan. The company provides digital financing solutions, including BNPL plans of up to 60 months through a growing network of merchants. Its operations in the Kingdom are part of a broader strategy to support responsible consumer finance and expand access to regulated digital financial services.

The partnership between Valu Jordan and HyperPay highlights the increasing role of fintech collaboration in Jordan’s digital economy. By linking payment gateway infrastructure with flexible consumer finance, the two companies are positioning merchants to serve customers through more convenient and secure payment options. The agreement also supports wider financial inclusion efforts and strengthens the development of Jordan’s digital commerce ecosystem.
