Soulloop has acquired Astrolumi.AI, a multilingual conversational astrology platform available through WhatsApp and the web, as part of its effort to expand beyond its existing mobile applications. The transaction transfers Astrolumi.AI’s technology, codebase, brand, conversational interface, astrological engine, and product roadmap to Soulloop, although the financial terms were not disclosed. Astrolumi.AI, also known as Lumi, will remain operational while the buyer gradually integrates the service with its broader personalized wellbeing platform and introduces additional features across multiple international markets.

Expanding Into Conversational Channels

The acquisition gives Soulloop an immediate presence on WhatsApp, allowing users to access personalized astrology guidance within an application they already use for everyday communication. Soulloop has primarily delivered its services through iOS and Android apps, where users receive chart-based insights alongside guided practices intended to support reflection, focus, sleep, and emotional wellbeing. By adding Astrolumi.AI’s web and messaging interfaces, the company aims to reduce reliance on standalone app downloads and make its services available through more accessible conversational environments.

Supporting International Growth

The deal follows Soulloop’s localization of its application into Spanish, Italian, and French, in addition to its existing English and Portuguese versions. The company is targeting growth across Southern Europe and Latin America, including markets such as Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil, where it sees demand for localized spiritual and self-discovery content. Astrolumi.AI’s multilingual conversational capabilities could support that strategy by allowing users to engage with personalized astrology services in their preferred language through WhatsApp or the web.

Combining Soulloop and Astrolumi.AI Technology

Soulloop plans to combine Astrolumi.AI’s long-form conversational capabilities with AskPRI, the artificial intelligence assistant introduced within its app in 2025. AskPRI interprets users’ natal charts and current astrological conditions, then recommends relevant activities such as meditations, rituals, journaling exercises, focus sessions, breathing practices, and sleep content. Astrolumi.AI adds the ability to sustain extended chart discussions, answer follow-up questions about transits, and provide a more continuous conversational experience outside Soulloop’s mobile application.

Developing a Broader Wellbeing Offering

Soulloop positions its service as a daily wellbeing and self-reflection platform rather than a conventional horoscope product, with a library of more than 400 guided practices spanning meditation, sleep, concentration, rituals, journaling, and lunar-cycle exercises. Following the acquisition, Astrolumi.AI users are expected to gain access to selected parts of this content library, with recommendations shaped by Soulloop’s astrological engine and editorial system. The company also plans to introduce a premium AskPRI tier on WhatsApp and launch founder-led guided content first for Italian, French, and Spanish subscribers before expanding more widely across Latin America.

The acquisition provides Soulloop with both additional technology and a faster route into conversational channels as it pursues international expansion. Rather than shutting down Astrolumi.AI, the company intends to preserve its existing web and WhatsApp services while progressively connecting them with AskPRI, localized content, and Soulloop’s wider collection of guided practices. The transaction’s long-term value will depend on the quality of the integration and whether Soulloop can convert broader accessibility into sustained engagement across its priority markets.
