Nashville-based technology firm SiteVue AI has successfully closed a $7.5 million seed funding round to advance its AI-powered vision platform for the manufacturing sector. The investment was co-led by Penny Jar Capital and Overture, joined by a syndicate of venture capital firms. This capital infusion will fuel the company's mission to transform production operations by converting real-time video into actionable, data-driven insights for frontline teams.

AI-Powered Operational Intelligence

SiteVue AI's core offering combines proprietary hardware, software, and custom-trained AI models to deliver continuous analysis of the factory floor. The company's intelligent cameras monitor everything from process cycle times and product defects to machine health and PPE compliance. This data is presented on a customized dashboard, enabling managers to run simulations and make informed decisions without disrupting existing workflows or requiring infrastructure changes.

Delivering Tangible Financial Returns

The platform's impact is directly measurable, with clients typically achieving a 3% increase in profit margins in less than three months and some seeing a 10x return on investment. These results are driven by a 10-20% improvement in floor efficiency, a 5-10% increase in product quality, and a dramatic 90% decrease in safety incidents. According to Foster Farms Plant Manager Tim Romero, the system replaces manual observation with streamlined technology for enhanced productivity.

Revolutionizing Quality Control and Traceability

A key feature of the SiteVue AI system is its ability to provide complete end-to-end traceability with a timestamped visual record of every production stage. Founder and CEO Andrew Jebasingh stated that this allows operations to trace a quality issue to its source in minutes rather than days. This compressed timeline for root cause analysis significantly reduces the risk of recalls and waste while providing robust documentation for audits.

Investor Confidence and Strategic Expansion

The investment reflects strong confidence in the company's leadership and its practical, customer-focused approach to solving complex industrial problems. Rich Scudellari, Partner at Penny Jar Capital, praised the team's mix of technical expertise and industry experience. Leila Pirbay of Overture noted CEO Andrew Jebasingh's background in making complex hardware feel effortless, a skill honed during his time at Meta.

From Nashville to a Global Stage

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, SiteVue AI designs and manufactures its cameras and trains its AI models in-house, currently employing 37 people. The company is initially focused on the automotive manufacturing and food production industries, where it has already established a strong customer base. With the new funding, SiteVue AI plans to accelerate its expansion into retail, construction, chemical, and energy sectors, both domestically and internationally.

This $7.5 million seed investment marks a significant milestone for SiteVue AI, empowering the company to scale its innovative solution across the industrial landscape. By equipping manufacturers with real-time, objective visibility, the platform is poised to set a new standard for operational excellence and safety. The strong backing from investors validates the growing market need for intelligent technologies that drive tangible results on the factory floor.
