Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup Ringg AI has raised $10 million in an extension of its Series A round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B. The financing follows a $5.5 million Series A raise earlier in 2026, bringing the company’s total Series A funding to $15.5 million. Ringg plans to use the new capital to strengthen its AI platform, expand its agent capabilities, and support growth in India and international markets.

Expanding an Enterprise AI Platform

Ringg AI develops artificial intelligence agents designed to automate customer conversations and the business processes connected to them across multiple communication channels. Its platform supports voice, WhatsApp, and browser-based agents that can work with company rules, customer context, and internal systems to complete operational tasks. The company says this approach allows enterprises to move beyond basic conversational interfaces and automate workflows such as lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, collections, and renewals.

Building for Complex Business Workflows

The startup is positioning its technology around end-to-end execution rather than standalone voice automation, with a focus on workflows that require context, system access, and consistent outcomes. Its platform is designed for enterprise environments where AI agents may need to operate across noisy calls, multilingual conversations, asynchronous messaging, browser-based processes, and regulated data settings. Ringg says these capabilities are intended to help companies automate more demanding customer-facing and operational activities while keeping human teams available when intervention is needed.

Funding to Deepen Product Development

Ringg will direct part of the fresh funding toward the development of proprietary AI models and its context graph, which is intended to help agents retain and use relevant information across interactions. The company also plans to invest further in its voice, WhatsApp, and browser agents while expanding enterprise go-to-market efforts. Its broader objective is to build a unified automation layer that can connect conversations with actions, evaluation, and continuous improvement across business workflows.

Customer Base and Market Reach

Ringg currently works with companies including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova, and GoodScore across sectors such as marketplaces, healthcare, banking, fintech, and information technology. The company supports deployments in India, the Gulf Cooperation Council region, the United States, and Europe, including options for in-region and on-premise deployment. This operating model is designed to address enterprise requirements around data residency, infrastructure control, and integration with existing systems.

Founding Team and Strategic Direction

Ringg AI was founded in October 2023 by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla, and Kali Charan Vemuru, who brought experience from companies including Groww, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Atlan. Tripathi, who serves as founder and CEO, has emphasized that customers evaluate the platform based on measurable business outcomes such as improved onboarding, faster resolution times, and stronger lead conversion rather than the quality of a demonstration alone. Co-founder and CTO Kali Charan Vemuru has said the company deliberately focused on technically difficult use cases to build a platform capable of supporting global enterprise requirements.

The $10 million Series A extension gives Ringg additional resources to broaden its enterprise AI platform and deepen its technology as demand for automated customer operations continues to grow. By combining voice, messaging, and browser-based agents with workflow execution, the startup is aiming to compete as a broader enterprise automation provider rather than as a single-channel voice AI company. With $15.5 million now raised across its Series A financing, Ringg is entering its next phase with a focus on product development, enterprise adoption, and international expansion.
