Rig Security has emerged from stealth with a US$12 million Seed funding round to address identity security challenges created by AI agents. The round was co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with strategic participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and backing from cybersecurity founders, including Wiz Co-Founder Ami Luttwak. The Tel Aviv-based company is introducing a platform that correlates human, machine, and AI identity activity while enforcing policy at runtime.
The Challenge of Agentic Identity Risk
AI agents operate with high speed and broad access, making identity one of the most vulnerable attack surfaces in modern enterprises. Rig Security notes that roughly three in four breaches involve compromised identities, and traditional visibility or posture tools are not sufficient. Security teams need a unified, real-time view of chained permissions and trust relationships across cloud, on-premises, and identity provider systems.
Many AI assistants, autonomous agents, and automation tools do not log in as themselves. Instead, they borrow the identity of the human owner or service account that launched them, so a destructive agent action can look identical to legitimate account activity. Rig was built to close this gap by discovering AI agents on endpoints, distinguishing their activity, and connecting actions to a single graph of access.
Platform Architecture and Core Capabilities
Rig Security's foundation is the Rig Identity Correlation Engine, known as RICE, which uses machine learning and mathematical modeling to resolve identities across cloud, on-premises, identity provider, and endpoint environments with greater than 96% accuracy in internal testing. RICE powers Rig's Identity Dependencies Graph, a live map of human, machine, and AI identities connected through accounts, permissions, sessions, and trust relationships. The research has produced five inventions and is in the patent process.
Complementing the engine is a lightweight endpoint sensor that observes identity activity at the device level. This sensor distinguishes an AI agent's session from the user's own session and enforces policy inline, allowing security teams to block a misused agent's risky action before it reaches the cloud. Rig Security is already in production with Fortune 200 organizations across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and technology, and it is available on the AWS Marketplace and the CrowdStrike Marketplace. The company was named one of two runners-up in the 2025 Amazon Web Services and CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator, presented in collaboration with the NVIDIA Inception program for startups. It currently protects tens of millions of identity activities and has grown to 20 employees.
