ReturnPro, a leading provider of returns management and recommerce solutions, has acquired iF Returns, an enterprise returns technology platform serving more than 200 brands across Europe. The acquisition adds proven post-purchase technology to ReturnPro's existing offerings while establishing a foundation for international growth. It represents a significant expansion of the company's technology capabilities and global reach.

Technology and Market Reach

iF Returns helps brands increase exchanges, retain revenue, and improve the post-purchase customer experience. Its technology converts between 30 and 40 percent of would-be refunds into exchanges or new purchases, and it is used by global brands including Desigual, Miroglio Group, and Champion. That track record will complement ReturnPro's end-to-end returns, reverse supply chain, and recommerce capabilities.

Leadership and Integration Plans

iF Returns co-founders Galo De Reyna, Marcello Valerio, and Paul Obando will continue to lead the business after the acquisition. They will work alongside Jelle Schoenmaker, CEO International at ReturnPro, who will oversee the company's international growth strategy. The leadership structure is designed to preserve continuity while integrating the European platform into ReturnPro's broader operations.

Strategic Value for U.S. Customers

The acquisition strengthens ReturnPro's existing U.S. offering by adding iF Returns' front-end returns and exchange technology. ReturnPro plans to make these capabilities available to existing customers, including sellers across third-party marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace. The combination is intended to help retailers and sellers retain more revenue and maximize recovery from returned products.

European Foundation and Global Ambitions

The deal establishes a platform for international growth under Schoenmaker's leadership. ReturnPro will build on iF Returns' established European presence and fashion expertise while continuing to expand its own technology, operations, and marketplace capabilities for U.S. customers. ReturnPro currently processes more than 45 million units annually and has recovered more than $5 billion for retail partners.

Addressing a Growing Returns Challenge

Retailers and marketplace sellers continue to face significant costs from product returns, making effective returns technology a critical operational priority. Returns management platforms help brands reduce refund rates and convert customer intent into exchanges or new purchases. The acquisition brings together technology, reverse logistics, and recommerce expertise to address this challenge at scale.

Company Profiles

ReturnPro was co-founded in 2008 and has grown from a pioneer in returns management and reverse logistics into a global recommerce partner. The company manages the entire journey of returned, unsold, and pre-owned products, from returns initiation and reverse supply chain execution through recovery and resale. iF Returns operates as a leading European returns management system, serving more than 200 brands across complex, multi-category, and cross-border operations.

Executive Perspective

Sender Shamiss, Co-Founder and CEO of ReturnPro, said the priority remains delivering more value for existing retail and marketplace partners. He noted that iF Returns provides proven technology for U.S. customers and a strong foundation for international expansion. Galo De Reyna, Co-Founder of iF Returns, added that joining ReturnPro creates opportunities to bring the platform's omnichannel returns technology to more retailers and brands.

Overall, the acquisition positions ReturnPro to strengthen its domestic offering while entering international markets through a proven European platform. The integration of iF Returns' technology is expected to support higher exchange rates, better customer experiences, and stronger revenue retention. ReturnPro's expanded capabilities reflect its ongoing effort to manage the full lifecycle of returned, unsold, and pre-owned products.
