The company is developing Cognitive Network Restoration Therapy, or CNRT, a proprietary approach intended to restore cognitive function after traumatic brain injury. The new capital will support an upcoming clinical study, technology advancement, and expansion of clinical and regulatory operations.

An estimated 27 million people worldwide experience a traumatic brain injury each year, and many are left with persistent cognitive impairment. Existing recovery pathways focus primarily on rehabilitation, which helps patients compensate through structured routines and adaptive strategies. Despite these efforts, recovery often plateaus and leaves lasting limitations in independence, quality of life, and personal identity.
A Restorative Mechanism
CNRT precisely targets neural networks in the central thalamus, a brain hub involved in attention, arousal, and executive function.
