QuintoAndar has introduced QuintoAndar for Business, a new brand that consolidates its B2B products and solutions for real estate agencies and independent brokers. The Brazilian property technology company announced the move on Wednesday as part of an effort to connect tools that currently operate in a fragmented manner across the market. The new platform brings together artificial intelligence, marketplace, classifieds, and CRM capabilities within a single ecosystem.
A Single Ecosystem for Real Estate Professionals
The company structured the new offer around three pillars: growth, efficiency and security. The growth pillar includes tools that help agencies expand business generation, while the efficiency pillar focuses on improving daily operations and the security pillar addresses data protection and trust. According to QuintoAndar, real estate agencies already use technology but often struggle because different tools do not communicate with each other.
Domi AI Assistant
The main novelty is Domi, an artificial intelligence assistant integrated with WhatsApp, property portals and customer relationship management systems. Domi responds to interested buyers and tenants, recommends properties, qualifies leads, organizes visits and reactivates contacts that have gone cold. QuintoAndar estimates that between 50 and 70 percent of messages received by real estate agencies from property listings remain unanswered, often because teams cannot keep pace with high contact volumes.
Personalization and Future Capabilities
The assistant can be personalized with the name and identity chosen by each agency, and it uses browsing history from QuintoAndar platforms to identify search profiles. Before a broker takes over, Domi shares information about the potential client's interest level and preferences. The tool is already available to partners and is expected to later identify properties that have already been sold, helping agencies keep listings current.
Market Reach and Existing Tools
The broader ecosystem already includes more than 10,000 partner real estate agencies, of which more than 500 participate in the QuintoAndar Marketplace. The group's platforms, including Imovelweb and Wimóveis, record 27 million monthly visits, equivalent to about 800,000 daily accesses. The marketplace currently operates in the Southeast, South and Center-West regions, while other products have national coverage.
Efficiency and Security
On the efficiency side, QuintoAndar offers Univen, its CRM used by thousands of clients and now updated, alongside Domi. The security pillar includes technical isolation of data, continuous monitoring of suspicious behavior and removal of bad actors. According to the company, more than R$10 million in commissions were recovered in 2025, and more than 200 brokers were removed from the platform for inappropriate conduct.
A Partner-Focused Development Approach
QuintoAndar emphasized that the ecosystem was built in collaboration with real estate agencies. Previous initiatives such as Projeto Decola and Programa Alicerce gathered agencies to help shape the marketplace model and Domi. Bernardo Dorigo, director general of QuintoAndar for Business, said the goal is to create an ecosystem where all participants can prosper through closer engagement with technology.
With QuintoAndar for Business, the company aims to help real estate agencies and independent brokers operate with more reach, efficiency and security. The integrated offer reflects a shift from isolated tools to a connected platform that supports everything from lead generation to transaction closure. By combining its marketplace, classifieds, CRM and artificial intelligence capabilities, QuintoAndar seeks to strengthen its role in the digital evolution of the Brazilian real estate market.
