The Arena Group Holdings, Inc., operating as Paradium.AI, has acquired InfoSentience, a developer of automated, data-driven natural language generation technology, as part of a broader push to expand its technology capabilities and data-driven content operations. The transaction brings InfoSentience’s high-volume narrative generation engine into a media portfolio that includes Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ, TravelHost, and several adventure sports brands. Paradium.AI said the acquisition is expected to strengthen both its editorial infrastructure and its ability to build new business-to-business revenue streams around automated content generation.

Strategic Rationale

InfoSentience has built technology designed to transform structured data into written narratives at scale, with applications in sectors where large volumes of information can be processed systematically. Paradium.AI plans to use the platform to expand coverage in data-intensive areas such as global finance and professional sports, where automated reporting can increase the volume and speed of publishing without requiring editors to manually process every dataset. The company also sees the acquisition as a way to develop services for outside partners, extending the technology beyond its own media properties and creating additional commercial opportunities.

Scaling Data-Driven Content

The acquisition gives Paradium.AI access to InfoSentience’s deterministic narrative engine, which has been used by partners including MaxPreps and is designed to produce large quantities of structured, data-based content reliably. By integrating the technology across its publishing operations, Paradium.AI expects to provide editorial teams with tools that can rapidly convert data into readable reports while supporting broader coverage across sports, finance, and other information-heavy verticals. The approach is intended to complement human editorial work by handling repetitive reporting tasks and allowing journalists to focus more attention on analysis, original reporting, and investigative work.

Building a Broader Technology Platform

For The Arena Group, the deal also reflects its transition toward a business model that places greater emphasis on technology, data, and intellectual property alongside traditional media brands. Ryan Bonini, general manager of sports and leisure at The Arena Group, said the integration is expected to give creators and brands greater scale and sophistication in an increasingly AI-driven content environment. The company believes combining its audience reach and editorial assets with InfoSentience’s automated language-generation capabilities can support more efficient production while opening opportunities in markets that may have been difficult to serve through conventional newsroom workflows alone.

InfoSentience to Continue Serving Clients

InfoSentience will continue operating for its existing third-party partners following the acquisition, while expanding its offerings and seeking additional customers under the combined organization. Founder Steve Wasick will remain with the company, providing continuity as the technology is integrated into Paradium.AI’s operations and developed for new use cases. The transaction was funded with cash on hand, and Paradium.AI expects the acquisition to contribute positively to earnings in 2026, while Livmo acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor on the deal.

The acquisition of InfoSentience adds an established automated content-generation platform to Paradium.AI as the company seeks to combine media assets with scalable technology and data products. The deal gives Paradium.AI a tool for increasing data-driven output across its own brands while maintaining InfoSentience’s external client business, potentially creating value from both internal efficiency and new B2B revenue. Its longer-term impact will depend on how effectively the technology is integrated, but the transaction underscores Paradium.AI’s effort to position automation and structured-data storytelling as a more central part of its growth strategy.
