Singapore-headquartered OneByZero, a frontier AI deployment company, today announced it has raised US$20 million in a Series A round led by Jungle Ventures. This represents the company's first external funding after three years of deploying AI inside some of the region's largest and most regulated enterprises. The investment will support business expansion, the opening of Japan, new industry coverage, and further development of its NEO platform.
Scaling Enterprise AI Deployment
Over the past three years, OneByZero has deployed AI inside enterprises across financial services, telecommunications, and retail industries. The company reports that its annual revenue has more than doubled during this period. Its forward-deployed engineers work directly with customer teams to identify where AI can create value, build it into existing business systems, and continue improving it after production.
How OneByZero Works
OneByZero says its deployments help enterprises automate more than 90% of some customer-facing interactions and deliver measurable cost savings. The company also reports that complex data modernization timelines have been accelerated by 50%. These results are achieved through local teams in every market, governed AI agents called AI Coworkers, and the NEO deployment platform.
Every engagement runs on NEO, which serves as the control layer behind enterprise AI workforces. The platform provides reusable components and built-in governance, including a record of every agent action. This foundation allows companies to define what AI is allowed to do, where human judgment is required, and how every system is governed.
Vibhore Kumar, CTO and Co-Founder of OneByZero, explained that NEO was built so companies can define what AI is allowed to do, where human judgment is required, and how every system is governed. He said that foundation lets enterprises introduce more capable AI without losing control. This governance layer supports safer and faster deployments across regulated industries.
Use of Funds
The capital will be used to grow forward-deployed engineering and customer relationships across the nine markets where OneByZero currently operates. These markets include Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, and Vietnam. The company also plans to build a local team in Japan and extend into conglomerates, healthcare, and the public sector.
Some of the funding will be invested in NEO and AI Coworkers. OneByZero intends to build industry templates on NEO and support enterprises with building their own AI on open-weight and small language models. This investment aims to make each deployment faster and safer while giving organizations greater control over their AI systems.
Investor Perspective
Yash Sankrityayan, Managing Partner at Jungle Ventures, said OneByZero stood out because it is already doing what much of the enterprise AI market is still talking about. He noted that the team has spent three years deploying AI inside large, complex organizations and delivering measurable results. Jungle Ventures believes this positions OneByZero strongly as more enterprises across Asia Pacific and Japan move AI from experimentation into core operations.
OneByZero is an AI Deployment Company headquartered in Singapore with operations in nine markets. It combines frontier AI, forward-deployed engineering, and the NEO platform to deploy and govern AI Coworkers inside large enterprises, building and deploying on Amazon Web Services. With this Series A funding, the company is positioned to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across Asia Pacific, Japan, and beyond.
