Nulogy has announced the acquisition of Belfast-based AuditComply, significantly expanding its capabilities in manufacturing quality, risk, and compliance management. The deal combines Nulogy’s Manufacturing Operating System with AuditComply’s EHS, QMS, and supplier compliance platform into a single, more comprehensive solution. Together, the companies are targeting manufacturers, packagers, and brands that require tighter control over quality, safety, and regulatory performance across increasingly complex supply chains.

Enhanced Quality and Compliance Offering

AuditComply joins Nulogy as an integrated platform built to manage risk, compliance, and quality in highly regulated environments. Its solution centralizes the monitoring of standards and policies, using configurable workflows and reporting tools to give operations teams real-time insight into emerging issues. With capabilities spanning environmental, health and safety, quality management, and supplier compliance, AuditComply strengthens Nulogy’s ability to support end-to-end governance within a single connected system.

Strategic Rationale and Synergies

For Nulogy, the acquisition is positioned as a strategic step toward becoming the primary technology backbone for manufacturers and packagers. CEO Bill Ryan underlined that AuditComply shares Nulogy’s focus on solving real operational problems, delivering fast time to value, and driving measurable outcomes for customers. By embedding robust risk and compliance functionality into its Manufacturing Operating System, Nulogy aims to reinforce its status as a leading provider of purpose-built manufacturing software.

Benefits for Manufacturers and Packagers

AuditComply is known for an intuitive user experience, customizable templates, and dynamic dashboards that lower the barrier to adoption and configuration. Offline mobile capabilities allow audits and inspections to be completed in the field or on the factory floor without consistent connectivity, with data syncing automatically when access is restored. These strengths, already proven with customers such as Bushmills Whiskey, McCloskey International, and Autoliv, will now be deployed within a larger manufacturing-focused ecosystem.

Company Backgrounds

Nulogy’s Manufacturing Operating System is designed to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the production lifecycle for manufacturers, contract packagers, contract manufacturers, and brands. With over 20 years of experience across hundreds of facilities worldwide, Nulogy has built its reputation on improving throughput, quality, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction while reducing waste and turning operations into a source of competitive advantage. AuditComply, meanwhile, has specialized in delivering an enterprise platform that mitigates risk, drives compliance, and strengthens quality assurance and supplier management for organizations operating in tightly regulated sectors.

By acquiring AuditComply, Nulogy is consolidating manufacturing execution, quality control, risk management, and compliance oversight into a more unified platform. Customers in manufacturing, packaging, food and beverage, retail, and logistics stand to gain deeper visibility, stronger resilience, and better protection against compliance failures while advancing their digital transformation agendas. The move positions Nulogy not only as a manufacturing software provider, but as a central partner for data-driven, compliant, and collaborative industrial operations.
