Nooks has acquired FullyRamped, an AI-native sales coaching startup known for its realistic roleplay agents, as it expands beyond outbound sales into a broader revenue technology platform. FullyRamped founder and CEO Aaron Marks will join Nooks’ product team following the transaction, whose financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds agentic AI expertise to Nooks as it develops systems designed to support sales and revenue teams across more stages of the customer lifecycle.

Nooks Expands Its Revenue Agent Strategy

Nooks originally built its business around outbound sales workflows but is now developing a wider platform for AI agents that can operate across revenue organizations. Its infrastructure is designed to give specialized agents access to shared business context, allowing them to coordinate with employees and other AI systems while executing tasks across different workflows. The company is positioning this model as an alternative to standalone AI tools that automate isolated tasks without connecting information and actions across the broader revenue process.

FullyRamped Brings AI Coaching Technology

Founded in 2024 by Aaron Marks, FullyRamped developed an AI-powered sales coaching platform centered on realistic voice-based roleplay experiences for sales teams. Its agents simulate prospective customers and respond dynamically during conversations, allowing representatives to practice real-world scenarios while enabling sales and enablement leaders to deliver coaching at scale. The technology aligns with Nooks’ goal of creating agents capable of understanding context, making decisions, interacting naturally with people, and performing work rather than simply recommending what employees should do next.

Aaron Marks Joins Nooks

As part of the acquisition, Marks will join Nooks’ product organization and contribute to the development of its next generation of Revenue Agent capabilities and supporting infrastructure. Nooks co-founder and CEO Dan Lee said Marks had been working toward a similar vision through agents that can understand context, interact dynamically with humans, and function within real revenue workflows. Marks said he was impressed by the Nooks founders, their vision, and the team they have built, and expressed enthusiasm about bringing new AI products to market with the company.

Building a Broader AI Platform

Nooks aims to create a shared environment in which employees and AI agents can collaborate throughout the revenue lifecycle, combining organizational context, intelligence, and execution capabilities in one platform. According to the company, more than 1,800 businesses use Nooks, including Deel, Intercom, HubSpot, Rippling, Miro, and Replit, giving it an established customer base as it broadens its product scope. Integrating FullyRamped’s conversational AI expertise could help Nooks strengthen its agent technology while extending its capabilities into areas such as coaching, enablement, and other revenue-related workflows.

The acquisition of FullyRamped represents another step in Nooks’ transition from an outbound sales platform toward a broader system for AI-powered revenue operations. By adding Marks and FullyRamped’s experience building conversational coaching agents, Nooks is strengthening the product and technical expertise behind its effort to make AI agents active participants in revenue workflows. The transaction positions the company to expand its Revenue Agent Platform as businesses increasingly look for AI systems that can collaborate with employees and execute more complex sales and customer-facing tasks.
