Primary healthcare infrastructure company MyRx has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by SteerX VC. The Hyderabad-based startup plans to use the capital to build the clinical network and technology infrastructure needed to make doctor-led primary care accessible at scale. Co-founded in 2019 by Sourav Das, Surjit Das, and Neel Rath, MyRx combines a network of doctors with teleconsultation, electronic prescriptions, and clinical workflow technology.

Company and Investment Background

SteerX VC, which describes its mission as transforming healthcare by bridging technology, innovation and investment, led the seed round for the Hyderabad-based startup. The announcement did not name any other investors, and the company did not disclose a valuation. The undisclosed seed funding will support MyRx as it works to strengthen its position in the primary care infrastructure segment.

Shared Infrastructure and Technology

MyRx operates a shared healthcare infrastructure model that connects patients, doctors and enterprise partners through a unified platform. The technology handles consultation allocation, workflow monitoring and audit functions, helping partners maintain visibility and accountability across service delivery. This design allows enterprises to integrate access to medical care directly into their existing services.

Reported Growth and Operating Metrics

The company currently handles approximately 35,000 teleconsultations per day and reports 15 percent month-on-month growth. MyRx said its platform achieved a 95th percentile first doctor call response time of 30 seconds and a 95th percentile overall workflow turnaround time of 179 seconds. These company reported figures have not been independently verified, but they reflect a strong focus on responsive service delivery as the platform expands.

Use of Seed Capital

MyRx plans to use the fresh capital to expand its doctor network and strengthen its technology and clinical quality systems. The startup also intends to simplify enterprise integrations and further develop its digital clinic model, with additional healthcare partnerships connecting remote consultations to a local point of access. These efforts are expected to support higher consultation volumes while maintaining quality and accountability.

Digital Clinics and Enterprise Partnerships

According to its Crunchbase profile, MyRx sells teleconsultation as a service to direct to consumer brands, e-pharmacies and insurers. The company's digital clinic model is designed to link remote consultations with local healthcare access points, making initial medical advice easier to obtain. Enterprise partners can use this infrastructure to add healthcare services without building their own clinical networks.

Implications for Primary Care

MyRx says it wants to reduce the time and travel required to obtain a first medical consultation, especially for people balancing work, caregiving and limited access to nearby services. The expansion is intended to make primary care more convenient and create additional opportunities for doctors to participate in digitally enabled care. By linking remote consultations with local access points, the model could extend primary care reach to underserved populations.

MyRx seed funding from SteerX VC supports the company's ambition to make doctor-led primary care more accessible through shared healthcare infrastructure. Its reported daily consultation volume and fast response metrics suggest early momentum in the digital health market. The next test will be whether MyRx can maintain quality and response times as volumes grow while proving that digital clinics can connect remote consultations with care close to home.
