MIND, an AI-native data loss prevention platform, today announced $72 million in Series B funding led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. The round brings the company's total funding to $112 million, following a $30 million Series A raised one year earlier. MIND will use the new capital to accelerate its Stress Free DLP platform and expand its enterprise market presence as organizations seek stronger AI-era data security.

Funding and Strategic Goals

The Series B financing was led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from existing backers YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. MIND has now raised $112 million in total, following a $30 million Series A round completed one year earlier. The company intends to use the capital to accelerate development of its Stress Free DLP platform and expand across key enterprise markets.

Market Context and AI-Driven Risk

The investment arrives as AI moves beyond experimentation and becomes embedded in how organizations operate. More than 90 percent of enterprises have deployed generative AI tools and over two-thirds are using AI agents, yet many lack confidence in their data security controls. MIND sees this as a defining moment for the multibillion-dollar DLP market, where AI both increases risk and enables a fundamental reinvention of protection.

Platform Momentum and Growth

Over the past year, MIND reports more than 17 times revenue growth and eight times customer growth. The platform analyzed billions of data events in real time across generative AI, agentic AI and IT environments, stopping sensitive data loss across hundreds of thousands of endpoints. MIND also launched AI DLP Agents and became the first data security company accepted into Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program.

Customer Validation in AI Data Security

Children's Hospital Los Angeles uses MIND to discover and block protected health information from entering AI tools across endpoints without performance impact. The National Geographic Society relies on the platform to identify and label sensitive documents and to restrict public sharing. These customers highlight how MIND provides visibility into data interactions with AI agents and supports confident AI adoption.

Investor Confidence and Industry Outlook

Crosspoint Capital Partners Managing Director Zach Sivertson stated that AI is fundamentally changing data security and increasing the need for a unified approach to DLP. He noted MIND's strong momentum since its Series A and its selection as an RSAC Innovation Sandbox finalist. The firm is proud to lead the Series B and deepen its partnership to help enterprises reimagine sensitive data protection.

A New Era for Data Loss Prevention

MIND's platform discovers sensitive data across SaaS, generative AI, agentic AI, endpoints, on-premise file shares and email. It classifies files using a multi-layer AI engine that considers both content and context, detects risky data activity, and remediates exposure autonomously. The company aims to move beyond modernizing an established category and define the next era of DLP.

With $112 million in total funding, MIND is positioning itself to lead the data loss prevention market as AI reshapes enterprise risk. The investment supports a platform designed to reduce manual work, stop sensitive data loss in real time, and give organizations confidence in AI adoption. MIND's rapid customer growth and expanding enterprise deployments suggest strong response to its AI-native approach.
