Lorazzo, a design-led, technology-forward kitchen and bathroom brand based in New Delhi, announced on October 6, 2026 that it has raised ₹150 million in a fresh funding round. The investment was led by Sauce, with follow-on participation from Sprout Venture Partners, Panthera Peak, and Alteria Capital. The capital will support product expansion, team building, and a stronger omnichannel presence across India.

Capital Deployment and Channel Expansion

The company plans to use the new capital to broaden its product portfolio, accelerate product development, and expand its organizational capabilities. It will also invest in strengthening its e-commerce, quick commerce, and offline retail channels to improve consumer access. Lorazzo aims to extend its local presence into additional Indian states as part of its wider growth plan.

Product Range and Design-Led Approach

Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo treats kitchen and bathroom fittings as design-driven choices rather than purely functional purchases. Its catalog spans faucets, sinks, shower systems, bidets, wash basins, smart toilets, and other kitchen and bathroom products. The company is building an omnichannel business that combines online discovery with offline retail experiences to make everyday home categories more consumer-centric.

Smart Technology and Competitive Pricing

One of the brand’s flagship products is the Intelli Smart Commode, a cleansing toilet with a heated seat, electronically operated bidets, an air dryer, ambient lighting, and digital temperature control. It is priced at ₹58,999, compared with ₹150,000 to ₹500,000 for comparable cleansing toilets from international brands. This pricing gap positions Lorazzo to attract consumers seeking premium features without the legacy brand premium.

Warranty and Service Commitments

Lorazzo offers warranties of up to 20 years across product categories including kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets, and faucets. The company also provides pan-India on-site installation and service to strengthen post-purchase confidence. These commitments are central to its strategy of earning customer trust in a category historically influenced by plumbers, contractors, and channel partners.

Market Opportunity and Growth Trajectory

India’s kitchen and bathroom fittings market has remained dominated by legacy brands and channel-driven purchase behavior, according to Lorazzo. The company sees an opening for a disruptor brand that combines contemporary design, technology, and functional innovation. Lorazzo has grown its revenue six times over the past 12 months and is targeting ₹1 billion in revenue over the next two years.

Investor Perspective

Sauce Vice President Karan Kathpalia said home improvement presents a significant opportunity to build consumer brands through online discovery and purchasing. He observed that Lorazzo’s online traction in kitchen and bathroom fittings is particularly encouraging because purchases in this category have traditionally been driven by offline channels. Kathpalia added that the category’s size and the shift toward organized, branded players give Lorazzo substantial room to grow.

Founder Vision

Co-founder Jatin Luthra noted that kitchen and bathroom fittings remain one of the few large consumer categories where brands have largely stayed unchanged while consumers have evolved dramatically. He said modern buyers care deeply about design, technology, and the experience their home delivers, but the market is still shaped by legacy brands and traditional purchasing habits. Co-founder Saurabh Gupta added that warranty, service, and product reliability are essential to earning consumer trust after design and technology drive initial interest.

Lorazzo’s latest funding round signals investor confidence in the modernization of India’s home improvement sector. The company’s focus on design, smart technology, warranty support, and omnichannel distribution sets it apart in a traditionally conservative category. With fresh capital and an ambitious growth plan, Lorazzo is positioned to build a consumer brand for one of the most frequently used parts of the home.
