A Vision for Technological Advancement
With this new leadership, Jumpstart aims to solidify its position as a technology-first immigration consultancy. Loami stated that the company is at a pivotal moment, focusing on building a more intelligent process for its clients. The goal is to transform complex immigration data into faster, more accurate, and transparent decisions for global professionals.
The company's technological roadmap involves integrating advanced automation and building a robust infrastructure to support its services. This initiative is not just about optimizing internal processes but fundamentally redefining how global talent accesses international opportunities. By enhancing security and efficiency, Jumpstart seeks to set a new industry standard for tech-enabled immigration assistance.

Jumpstart's Innovative Approach to Immigration
Founded by Fabiano Rocha, an engineer with a background from ITA, MIT, and the University of Chile, Jumpstart has pioneered a unique methodology. The firm’s approach is built on a foundation of statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, and rigorous legal review. This combination allows the company to offer highly specialized immigration assistance to founders, researchers, and other skilled professionals.
Jumpstart focuses on visas for highly qualified individuals, including the O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and L-1 categories. The company distinguishes itself in the market with a unique approval-or-refund guarantee for certain visa cases like the O-1. This model, which blends technology with legal security, significantly reduces the financial risk for entrepreneurs and innovators seeking to immigrate.
The appointment of Liuri Loami as CTO marks a significant step in Jumpstart's mission to innovate the immigration advisory sector. His extensive background in AI and scalable technology platforms aligns perfectly with the company's vision for a data-driven future. This strategic leadership addition positions Jumpstart to further enhance its services and solidify its role as a key enabler for global talent.
