Intelligent AF launched today as an AI fluency ecosystem for the legal industry, uniting education, community, events, career services, media, and investment within one membership. The company will initially serve legal professionals and later expand into other professional services industries. Backed by an investor group led by Mike Dalewitz of Greenwood Drive Investments, the launch targets a global legal workforce estimated at more than 20 million people.
Addressing a Fragmented Market
For most legal professionals, there has been no single place to build artificial intelligence fluency, according to the company. A limited group of early adopters already has conferences, communities, and networks, but the wider industry is only beginning to recognize AI fluency as career capital. Intelligent AF aims to replace a patchwork of disconnected sources with one community where learning, connections, career opportunities, and visibility are connected by AI.
Leadership and Vision
Mike Dalewitz, co-founder and executive chairman of Intelligent AF and principal of Greenwood Drive Investments, said the company is building the place where the legal industry becomes AI fluent. He argued that many providers sell a professional one product and hope for a return visit, while Intelligent AF is designed to support an entire career. Co-founder and president Cat Casey added that professionals need fluency, network, visibility, and opportunity to become more valuable as AI becomes more powerful.
Five Connected Businesses
The company launches with five connected businesses that share one audience, brand, and membership. Informed AF runs education, certification, and live events, while Connected AF operates the professional community and network. Employed AF covers coaching and placement, Funded AF invests in high potential professionals and their companies, and Amplified AF turns expertise into visibility and revenue.
Career Progression Across the Ecosystem
Members are expected to move between the businesses as their careers grow. A lawyer might earn a certification through Informed AF, meet a future employer at an Intelligent AF conference, and later land a keynote through Amplified AF on the strength of that work. Because every business shares one audience and membership, a relationship formed in one part of the ecosystem carries into the rest.
Acquisition of TechnoCat
Intelligent AF also announced the acquisition of TechnoCat LLC, the agency and production company Casey founded to package the growth playbook she refined at two late stage legal technology companies. TechnoCat becomes the foundation of Amplified AF, which helps members pursue paid speaking, advisory work, and media visibility while assisting firms and legal technology companies. Terms were not disclosed, and TechnoCat will continue as Casey's personal brand and the flagship example of the model.
Employer and Sponsor Access
Employers will be able to recruit from a growing pool of AI fluent legal professionals whose skills are verified through Informed AF certification. Sponsors and partners can reach that same audience across education, events, and media through one relationship rather than buying attention one channel at a time. The company said this gives organizations a streamlined way to engage professionals who are actively building AI fluency.
Intelligent AF enters the legal market with an integrated model that treats AI fluency as a long term career asset rather than a single training event. By combining learning, community, career services, media, and investment, the company aims to support professionals from early certification through leadership and income generating opportunities. After launching in legal, the organization plans to expand into other professional services industries where similar AI readiness gaps exist.
