Inntelo AI, a hospitality technology company specializing in artificial intelligence agents for the hotel sector, has entered a formal partnership with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, the global industry association known as HFTP. The agreement will bring Inntelo AI's technology to HFTP's websites, media publications, and major industry events, including the HITEC hospitality technology conference. The collaboration is intended to demonstrate practical AI applications to hospitality professionals across the association's international community.
Partnership Scope and Deployment
Under the agreement, Inntelo AI agents will be integrated across HFTP's digital properties and publications, including Hospitality Upgrade, Hotel Online, Clubs Online, and HFTP News. The technology will also support engagement at HFTP events such as HITEC. It will respond to inquiries from members, event attendees, and exhibitors in more than 50 languages and will route cases requiring human attention to the relevant HFTP team.
HFTP's Global Reach
HFTP operates 83 chapters across 46 countries and reports approximately 100,000 opt-in subscribers across its media publications. The association's HITEC event in San Antonio this year attracted more than 6,100 attendees and over 400 exhibitors. This global scale gives Inntelo AI a wide platform to introduce its hospitality-specific agents to finance and technology professionals worldwide.
Technology and Industry Traction
Inntelo AI designs AI agents specifically for hospitality, automating interactions between hotels and their guests. The company says its technology is now deployed across more than 30,000 hotel rooms, with customers in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America. Deployments include CIEL Dubai Marina, part of IHG's Vignette Collection, CityBlue Hotels in Africa, and The Gate London City.
Reported Performance Results
Inntelo claims its agents automate 98% of guest interactions across customer sites and save an average of 17 minutes per guest inquiry. The company also reports that hotels using the technology have recorded an average 32% increase in in-stay revenue. In addition, its client base has more than doubled in recent months, reflecting increasing demand for AI adoption in hospitality.
Executive Perspectives
Asif Alidina, co-founder and CEO of Inntelo AI, said that hospitality will always remain human first and that any AI adopted by the industry must be designed from within it. He described the partnership with HFTP as a strong validation of Inntelo AI's approach. He added that the company continues to lead in AI-native hospitality technology serving guests, teams, and businesses equally.
Frank Wolfe, chief executive of HFTP, said members and exhibitors expect the association to show what AI can actually do for hospitality, not just discuss it. He noted that Inntelo AI was selected because its team comes from inside the industry and has proven its technology in working hotels. Wolfe added that placing the agents across HFTP's website, media, and HITEC allows the community to use AI directly and judge it on results.
HFTP's Broader AI Strategy
The partnership follows HFTP's expansion into artificial intelligence education and standards development. Through its Hospitality AI Collective, the association brings together more than 30 AI specialists alongside representatives from industry organizations to develop education, standards, and best practice. The group focuses on practical guidance for the use of AI in hospitality.
The partnership positions both organizations to advance practical AI adoption across the global hospitality industry. Inntelo AI gains validation and visibility through HFTP's established community, while HFTP gives its members hands-on exposure to technology already proven in working hotels. The collaboration reflects a broader shift toward AI tools that are built specifically for hospitality and assessed through measurable operational results.
