Zipline Expands Role in Ghana’s Health Infrastructure
The partnership allows Zipline to deliver vital medical products including malaria diagnostics and treatments, pain relief medications, and nutrition supplements, without incurring additional government costs. Instead of per-delivery billing, the collaboration operates on a flat monthly fee, which enables an unlimited number of deliveries and streamlines budgeting. This approach is designed to improve efficiency and maximize the reach of existing healthcare infrastructure at no extra cost to taxpayers.

Initial drone operations are focused on Ghana’s Northeast, Northern, and Eastern regions—areas particularly impacted by the USAID supply disruptions.
