Gallatin AI, Inc., an AI-native logistics company focused on sustainment decision-making for the U.S. military, announced on October 8, 2026, that it has closed a US$50 million Series A financing round. The investment was supported by new and existing investors, including 8VC, Silent Ventures, and others. With this latest capital, the company has now raised US$70 million in total following its Seed financing in 2024.

Capital Deployment and Investor Support

Gallatin will use the additional capital to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and broaden its suite of AI-enabled sustainment capabilities across the Joint Logistics Enterprise. Company leadership described the Series A as an important milestone that provides resources to build on field results and ongoing Pentagon investments in data infrastructure. The financing follows a 2024 Seed round, reflecting sustained confidence among defense technology investors.

Navigator Platform and Force Readiness

Navigator, Gallatin's flagship decision support platform, connects data and workflows across the force to provide a unified view of readiness. It orchestrates critical sustainment processes across vehicle readiness, supply, medical, and other mission support functions. The platform is already used by Army and Air Force customers across tactical, operational, and strategic levels of military planning.

Global Deployments and Proven Performance

Gallatin reports that Navigator is currently deployed with U.S. military units around the world, supporting joint and combined exercises from Japan to Alaska to Europe. The company has proven its solutions in complex fuel, medical, and munitions supply chains, and it is expanding its permanent presence on four continents. These deployments illustrate the platform's operational relevance across multiple theaters and mission types.

Leadership Perspective on Strategic Ambition

Chief Executive Officer Woody Glier expressed gratitude to the company's early partners across the military logistics community for trusting Gallatin with some of the world's most complex sustainment challenges. He said the funding will help the company double down on what is working in the field, advance its product roadmap, and scale a capability aligned with Pentagon data investments. Glier added that the goal is to transform how joint and allied forces see and sustain themselves.

Product Leadership and Operational Advantage

Chief Product Officer Brian Ballard noted that many team members have experienced sustainment challenges firsthand in uniform and understand the difficulty of lacking the right information or tools. He said the opportunity is larger than building better software, because logistics can become a source of operational advantage for military forces. The company remains focused on giving sustainers the ability to make better decisions before constraints escalate into mission problems.

Joint Logistics Enterprise Expansion

The Series A capital will support Gallatin's goal of transforming sustainment decision support from the battlefield to the Pentagon. The company's Navigator platform is designed to unify readiness data and workflows across the Joint Logistics Enterprise and allied forces. Gallatin plans to continue expanding its AI-enabled capabilities in vehicle readiness, supply, medical, and other mission support functions critical to military operations.

Gallatin AI's US$50 million Series A round marks a notable step in modernizing military logistics through artificial intelligence. With deployments across multiple continents and demonstrated use in fuel, medical, and munitions supply chains, the company is building momentum within the U.S. defense ecosystem. The additional capital and expanded engineering capacity are expected to help Gallatin scale Navigator and deliver operational advantages to sustainment teams worldwide.
