Future Secure AI has raised US$82 million ($118 million) in convertible notes. The round included Square Peg, Yarra Capital Management, Macquarie Asset Management, and Firetrail. The Australian-founded start-up builds AI co-workers that automate complex enterprise tasks.

Funding terms

The convertible notes value Future Secure AI at US$1.2 billion ($1.7 billion). The company last raised funding in June 2025. Former Macquarie CFO Alex Harvey has joined as non-executive chair.

Company context

Future Secure was founded in Australia in 2023 and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. It also has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Chicago, Toronto, and São Paulo. The company expects annual recurring revenue of almost US$100 million by the end of this year.

What the product does

The start-up creates AI agents with names and faces that are managed by a human supervisor. These agents handle complex tasks such as financial reporting, tax calculations, and customer service. Its customers span investment banking, consulting, health, and law.

The company targets profitability next quarter and a public listing in 2027. It expects to appoint banks for the IPO in the next few months. Macquarie has already trialed its agents in finance and human resources back-office roles.
