Enhans, an enterprise agentic AI company, announced on September 17, 2026 that it has raised $38 million in Series C funding, its largest round to date. The round brings the company’s total funding to $60 million and was co-led by existing shareholder TIMEFOLIO Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures. New strategic investors from the POSCO, LG, and Lotte groups also joined the round, reinforcing the company’s growing enterprise footprint.

Strategic Investors from Major Industrial Groups

New investors in the Series C include Stonebridge Ventures, IMM Investment, and STIC Ventures, while existing shareholders L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment, and Hyundai Technology Investment made follow-on commitments. POSCO Investment, LG CNS, and Lotte Ventures participated as strategic shareholders after companies within those same groups deployed Enhans technology in live operations. Enhans stated that these represent the first strategic investments it has received from industrial groups that are already its customers.

A Control-First Approach to Sovereign AI

Enhans defines Sovereign AI as a question of control rather than model ownership, emphasizing whether organizations keep their own data and direct how AI reasons, acts, and operates. AgentOS structures data and business rules from systems such as SAP, ERP, and CRM using an ontology, giving AI agents context to carry out real work. Its model-agnostic architecture lets enterprises and governments retain control over data and AI operations without committing to a single model vendor.

Production Use and Technical Validation

Enhans has moved beyond proof-of-concept work and now builds and runs AI in production at large enterprises across manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense, and the public sector. Its action-oriented agent, ACT-2, uses Computer Use technology to operate websites and software like a human user and ranked second globally in the automated Online-Mind2Web benchmark released in August 2026. Enhans is also part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program and the Microsoft AI Startup Alliance.

Capital Allocation and Product Roadmap

The new capital will be invested in the data, process, and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS, including capabilities that connect enterprise data and documents with decision criteria from domain experts. Enhans is developing Industry Packs that encode sector-specific data structures and business rules, extending Computer Use across AgentOS and strengthening security and governance for regulated industries. The company also plans to hire technical and business talent internationally as it expands its customer base outside Korea.

Executive Perspectives on Enterprise AI

CEO Seunghyun Lee said the round reflects trust built by delivering results alongside customers. Stonebridge Ventures Managing Director Youngdon Song noted that enterprise AI is moving from answer-only systems to agents that carry out work, and he expects Enhans to lead Korea’s enterprise AI market while expanding globally. Lee added that Sovereign AI depends on the operating system as much as the model, because organizations must control data and direct how AI reasons and acts.

With this Series C, Enhans strengthens its position in the emerging market for enterprise agentic AI and sovereign AI infrastructure. The participation of strategic investors from major industrial groups signals confidence in the company’s production-ready technology and its ontology-based approach to enterprise automation. Enhans now plans to scale its platform, extend its international presence, and pursue its goal of becoming the standard AI-native operating system for enterprises and governments worldwide.
