Dubai’s startup ecosystem has welcomed the launch of Elevix, a new digital Capability Centre designed to strengthen execution support for founders across the Gulf Cooperation Council. The platform was officially unveiled in Dubai in the presence of investors, advisory board members, ecosystem leaders, and strategic partners from across the region. At a time when more than 50,000 startups operate across the GCC, Elevix enters the market with a focus on improving how founders access and manage operational support.

Tackling Fragmentation in the Startup Landscape

Elevix has been established to address a persistent challenge in the regional ecosystem: fragmented access to essential services. Founders often face inefficiencies and delays while coordinating with multiple providers across legal, finance, compliance, HR, and technology functions. These disconnected systems can slow growth and increase operational risk for early-stage companies.

The platform introduces a subscription-based digital ecosystem that centralises vetted partners across finance, compliance, legal, HR, technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, and revenue acceleration. By bringing these capabilities together under one framework, Elevix aims to help startups move more efficiently from incorporation to scale. The structured model is intended to reduce friction while improving governance and capital efficiency.

Founded by Ecosystem Practitioners

Elevix was co-founded by Deepak Ahuja and Anishkaa Gehani, drawing on their experience working with founders and investors in the region. Ahuja stated that the initiative was shaped by recurring founder challenges around accessing timely and reliable execution support. He described Elevix as an effort to build practical infrastructure that connects entrepreneurial ambition with delivery.

Gehani noted that many early-stage ventures struggle due to gaps in coordinated execution rather than a lack of vision. She explained that Elevix integrates advisory support, vetted service providers, and market enablement into a single digital framework tailored to the MENA environment. The goal, she said, is to close the gap between strategic advice and operational implementation.

Strategic Support from iAccel GBI

Elevix has been developed with strategic backing from iAccel GBI, a go-to-market accelerator supporting technology startups in the Middle East and North Africa. Divya Batija, Chief Business Officer at iAccel GBI, said the platform simplifies the founder journey by integrating revenue enablement, mentorship, and market access into one digital structure. This approach enables startups to focus on growth while execution support is coordinated around them.

Ashish Panjabi, former President of TiE Dubai and an early advisor to Elevix, described execution infrastructure as a missing element in many emerging markets. He said that consolidating trusted partners into a digital capability centre contributes to strengthening the maturity and sustainability of the GCC startup ecosystem.

Ecosystem Engagement and Regional Alignment

The launch event brought together representatives from Dubai SME, NVIDIA, the Higher Colleges of Technology, and several ecosystem partners and investors. Senior leaders from Elevix partner organisations, including 10xGlobal, Kreston Menon, MSBC Group, UHY James, HUB27, AlphaHealth, Qanooni, TechInspira, xSquare, and Yardstick Marketing, also attended. Their participation reflected broad ecosystem engagement behind the initiative.

Operational since November 2025, Elevix offers startup-friendly subscription pricing aimed at lowering overheads while expanding access to vetted support networks. The platform also provides mentoring, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives to complement its operational services. This combined model positions Elevix as a structured enabler within the GCC’s evolving startup environment.

As Dubai advances its D33 Economic Agenda to double the emirate’s economy by 2033, platforms that strengthen startup execution are gaining importance. Elevix positions itself as a practical connector between founders and the capabilities required to scale efficiently and strategically. With its integrated approach, the company aims to serve as a digital backbone supporting sustainable startup growth across the GCC.
