CIBC Innovation Banking has announced that it served as Lead Arranger of a syndicated debt facility to support Main Capital Partners’ acquisition of Orgvue, a London-based strategic workforce management software provider. The financing will help fund the transaction and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth. The announcement reflects continuing investor confidence in workforce planning technology for large global enterprises.


Transaction Details and Strategic Purpose

The syndicated debt facility was arranged by CIBC Innovation Banking to back Main Capital Partners’ purchase of Orgvue and provide capital for future initiatives.
