Brahma AI, an artificial intelligence native operating system for enterprise audiovisual content, has announced a $150 million capital raise through the issuance of preferred shares. The financing includes a $100 million investment from Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with an additional $100 million of investor interest already recorded. The company said the new capital will accelerate research and development, expand global go-to-market operations, and support a significant Silicon Valley presence.

Funding Details and Strategic Objectives

The investment anchors Brahma AI's ambition to build a comprehensive operating system for the world's largest content-driven enterprises, with capital deployed across research and development, international market expansion, and talent and process build-out. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole placement agent on the equity financing. The company's leadership described the raise as a launch point for its next phase of growth.

Vertical Focus and Enterprise Customers

Brahma AI focuses on four global verticals: media and entertainment, sports, healthcare, and advertising, with anchor customers that include Warner Bros, the NBA, and Mayo Clinic. Strategic distribution partners include Google, Hakuhodo, and DNEG, extending the company's reach across global content and technology markets. This combination of enterprise credibility and Hollywood-grade technology has helped Brahma AI position itself as a differentiated player in enterprise artificial intelligence.

Technology Platform and Recognition

Brahma AI's platform consists of Brahma AI Core, its enterprise content intelligence and management layer, and Brahma AI Studio, its AI-powered creation platform spanning visual AI, digital humans, voice, and multilingual performance. The company is also working to make its technology model agnostic and is close to launching interactive digital humans for new enterprise use cases. Its visual AI technology has received a 2026 Technology and Engineering Emmy Award, reinforcing its technical standing in the market.

Leadership and Vision

Brahma AI was founded and is led by CEO Prabhu Narasimhan, who envisioned bringing together technology stacks developed across DNEG, Metaphysic, and Prime Focus Technologies. Co-founder and CTO Jo Plaete leads the company's research and development division as it continues to expand the AI platform. The leadership team has translated cutting-edge AI into relevant enterprise solutions, including multilingual visual experiences for films and digital twins for physicians.

Investor Perspectives

Multiples founder, managing director, and CEO Renuka Ramnath said Brahma AI is reimagining the content supply chain through AI-powered content, intelligence, localization, digital humans, and workflow automation. She emphasized that the firm's conviction is anchored in the belief that every enterprise is becoming a content enterprise. Multiples also cited the company's strong customer traction, differentiated capabilities, and Emmy recognition as evidence of its ability to capture a multi-billion-dollar market opportunity.

Industry Endorsement and Next Steps

DNEG founder and CEO Namit Malhotra noted the special symmetry of the investment, recalling that Narasimhan, United Al Saqer Group, and Thor Björgólfsson backed DNEG at an important stage in its journey. Today, those same backers are supporting Brahma AI and Narasimhan alongside new investors led by Multiples. The company says the new financing will help it scale globally while continuing to advance its platform for enterprise audiovisual content.

Brahma AI's $150 million capital raise marks a major milestone in its ambition to become the operating system for enterprise audiovisual content. With global anchor customers, strategic partnerships, and award-winning visual AI technology, the company is positioned to expand across multiple industries. The backing from Multiples and existing investors provides a foundation for accelerated research, product development, and international growth in the coming years.
