Blossom Accelerator has launched DominAite, a national AI scale accelerator aimed at supporting the growth of AI-native startups in Saudi Arabia. Backed by the National Technology Development Program, the initiative is positioned as a platform to strengthen the Kingdom’s role in the global artificial intelligence economy. The program brings together local and international technology partners to provide startups with the resources, guidance, and market access needed to scale advanced AI solutions.
Strategic Ecosystem Collaboration
DominAite is supported by a broad ecosystem that includes the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, NVIDIA, and Elm. These collaborators are expected to contribute capabilities across AI infrastructure, technical training, digital enablement, and national ecosystem integration. By combining public-sector alignment with global technology expertise, the platform seeks to create a stronger launchpad for startups developing high-impact AI products.
Responsible AI and Data Readiness
A key part of the initiative is its collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, which will help startups navigate the evolving regulatory and governance environment. Through this partnership, founders will receive mentorship on data governance, compliance, and the responsible development of AI applications. Eligible startups may also gain access to open data and opportunities to connect with Saudi Arabia’s national data and AI ecosystem.
Technical Enablement and Global Support
NVIDIA’s involvement is designed to provide participating startups with advanced technical guidance and training. The support will include sessions focused on generative AI, model development, and the practical challenges of building scalable AI systems. Eligible companies will also be able to apply for the NVIDIA Inception Program, which offers technical education, preferred access to NVIDIA technologies, and go-to-market support.
Accelerator Model and Market Access
DominAite has been structured to move beyond a conventional accelerator model by combining capital, infrastructure, policy alignment, and enterprise access. The three-month program is designed for early-stage AI-native startups building data- and compute-intensive solutions across priority sectors. Through Blossom Capital, the accelerator is also expected to offer venture capital support, pilot opportunities with enterprise and government entities, and connections to investors across the MENA region.
National Growth Ambitions
The launch reflects Saudi Arabia’s wider push to develop its digital economy and expand its presence in emerging technologies. NTDP plays a central role in this agenda by supporting startups, technology companies, international partnerships, and talent development across sectors such as artificial intelligence, robotics, semiconductors, health technologies, and sustainability. By aligning startup support with national priorities, DominAite aims to help founders build companies that can compete regionally and globally.
Applications for the DominAite Accelerator Program are now open, giving early-stage AI startups an opportunity to access a curated growth platform in Saudi Arabia. The initiative brings together investment, technical enablement, regulatory guidance, and national ecosystem access at a time when demand for AI innovation continues to rise. For Saudi Arabia’s startup landscape, DominAite represents a focused effort to turn AI ambition into scalable companies with regional and international potential.
