Berlin-based ARC Intelligence has successfully closed a €4 million seed funding round to advance its AI-native finance platform. The investment was led by B2B software specialist 42CAP, with continued support from existing investors 468 Capital and IBB Ventures. This new capital will fuel product development and accelerate the company's international expansion plans, targeting a significant challenge in corporate finance.

Addressing ERP Fragmentation with AI

Many companies struggle with disconnected Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, leading to fragmented data and inefficient manual processes. This issue is particularly acute for CFOs in organizations with multiple subsidiaries, who often rely on spreadsheets for critical reporting. The result is frequently slow and cumbersome financial decision-making that hinders agility.

ARC Intelligence addresses this challenge by providing an AI-powered operating system that unifies disparate data sources without replacing existing infrastructure. The platform functions as an intelligent layer over ERP and CRM systems, creating a single, real-time view of financial and operational data. This innovative approach allows for faster, more informed decisions across the enterprise.

Demonstrated Growth and Market Traction

The company has demonstrated impressive momentum, achieving a tenfold increase in revenue since its pre-seed round just over a year ago. Its platform has already supported over 200,000 business-critical decisions and saved clients more than 100,000 hours of manual work. ARC aims to replicate its remarkable revenue growth in the coming year, signaling strong market demand.

A growing roster of clients, including Burmester, Ferrotec, and the OCONO Group, highlights the platform's value in the mid-market sector. Furthermore, ARC collaborates with private equity firms like Auctus Capital and GENUI to deploy its solution across their portfolio companies. This adoption underscores the trust sophisticated enterprise investors place in the platform's operational benefits.

Strategic Investment and Future Ambitions

The investment from 42CAP, a fund co-founded by Hybris founder Moritz Zimmermann, provides significant strategic validation for ARC. Zimmermann expressed confidence that the next generation of finance software will be an AI-native operating system, replacing today's fragmented solutions. He praised ARC's vision and execution in building this future for enterprise finance.

With the new funding, ARC plans to significantly scale its operations and product capabilities. The capital will be used to enhance the engineering team, develop additional ERP integrations, and launch its go-to-market strategy in the Netherlands and the UK. The company also intends to expand its team from eight to approximately 25 employees within the next year.

ARC Intelligence's successful €4 million funding round positions it to capitalize on the growing demand for integrated financial management solutions. By intelligently connecting existing enterprise systems, the company offers a practical and powerful alternative to costly system overhauls. With strong investor backing and clear market traction, ARC is poised to become a key player in the AI-driven transformation of the CFO's office.
