Axo Longevity, a preventive health membership company founded in 2025 by Andrew McCarthy, Sergio Tang, and Octavia Seymour, has closed an oversubscribed seed round totaling $5 million to accelerate its expansion across Europe and Latin America. Announced from London and Madrid, the company confirmed it is already operating in six markets with a waitlist of more than 19,000 people. The new capital will support growth of its laboratory network, continued development of its platform, and entry into additional European countries later this year.

Rapid Launch and Market Presence

The company moved from initial build to live operations in just twelve weeks, a pace that is notably fast for a consumer health service. Axo Longevity now operates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands, alongside Peru as its first Latin American market. Its laboratory infrastructure includes more than 1,400 locations provided by certified partners such as Randox, Sussex Pathology, Eurofins, MDI Limbach, and Multilab, giving members convenient access without relying on a single clinic network.

Membership Model and Preventive Focus

The flagship membership, Axo Longevity Care, costs 490 euros per year and includes two comprehensive blood panels that analyze more than 100 biomarkers on each testing occasion. Members receive an Axo Health Score, a biological age estimate, and personalized health plans, while entry-level membership is available from 190 euros annually. Users book a blood draw at a partner laboratory, see results measured against optimal ranges rather than population averages, and return six months later for retesting to track meaningful changes over time.

Clinical Leadership and Industry Expertise

Axo Longevity's clinical leadership includes Chief Medical Officer Dr. Niko Mihic, who serves as Medical Supervisor at Real Madrid FC and previously led NBA research in Europe and served as an NFL Europe medical consultant. Forbes has recognized Dr. Mihic as one of Spain's 25 most influential healthcare providers, underscoring the clinical credibility of the company. Executive Longevity Advisor Andy Walshe, former Head of High Performance at Red Bull, currently advises Olympic teams from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Investor Support and Strategic Advisors

The seed round attracted institutional backing from MS&AD Ventures, Izou Partners, LifeX Ventures, Everywhere Ventures, UNQ, 51 Ventures, Cistern Capital, and NIAN Sports & Entertainment. Angel participation includes Dr. Jorge Planas of Clinica Planas Barcelona and Daniel Kulle, former President of H&M and former CEO of Forever 21. The company also counts Olympic champion Michael Johnson and Oscar Health co-founder Mario Schlosser among its advisors, while MS&AD Ventures CEO and Managing Partner Jon Soberg praised the live laboratory network and repeat member engagement.

Use of Funds and Next Phase

Axo Longevity plans to use the capital to grow its laboratory network, refine its AI health copilot, and deepen its integration with wearable technologies over the next phase. The company also intends to expand into the Nordics, Italy, and Portugal, building on its existing presence in Western Europe and Latin America. Chief Product and Growth Officer Sergio Tang said the membership provides a seamless experience that gives consumers a data-driven understanding of their health and a clear, immediate action plan.

The oversubscribed $5 million seed round reflects investor confidence in a preventive health model that engages consumers before symptoms appear rather than waiting for illness. Axo Longevity combines clinical leadership, an extensive laboratory network, and strong early demand to position itself as a serious contender in Europe's emerging longevity sector. The coming months will test whether the company can sustain member engagement and deliver measurable health improvements as it enters new markets and builds its brand.
