Arkyn, a Copenhagen-based enterprise software company that powers service and asset maintenance on SAP, has raised €4 million in new financing co-led by Compounding Capital and Trifork Labs. The funding will accelerate international expansion and deepen an AI roadmap designed to streamline planning and field execution for industrial maintenance teams. The announcement highlights growing demand for real-time, user-friendly tools that tie frontline workflows directly into SAP from planning through reporting.

Real-Time SAP Integration and Product Vision

Arkyn’s platform brings live ERP data into the full maintenance life cycle, improving asset utilization, reliability, and performance across plants and field operations. Its modern app suite gives technicians a simple interface that is natively integrated with SAP in real time, reducing friction between office planning and on-site execution. With the new capital, Arkyn will enrich maintenance process flows and launch advanced AI features that cut administrative work and surface the right information at the right moment.

Investor Perspective and Board Changes

Compounding Capital’s owner, Kasper Grundtvig Knokgaard, praised the difficulty of building responsive, real-time SAP-integrated apps and cited Arkyn’s founders for their six decades of combined SAP experience. He said the company’s products stand out for user-friendly design paired with instant updates back to SAP, delivering immediate value to technicians in the field. As part of the round, Knokgaard will join Arkyn’s Board of Directors to help shape long-term growth strategy.

Market Expansion and Revenue Momentum

Chief executive and co-founder Martin Holm Nielsen said Arkyn’s revenue has increased tenfold over the past three years, creating a strong base for the next phase of expansion. The company will intensify its push into the United States and the DACH region while rolling out a slate of AI-driven enhancements. Arkyn also signed another large Oil and Gas customer, reinforcing commercial traction in asset-intensive industries and supporting its 2025 U.S. foothold ambition.

Trifork Labs’ Role and Product Suite

Trifork Group CEO Jørn Larsen described Arkyn’s progress as further validation of the Trifork Labs model that co-creates and scales software ventures. He pointed to a growing North American pipeline for Arkyn’s SaaS mobile solutions, notably FastWork and FastPlan for SAP, which are positioned to modernize maintenance at global enterprises. Securing external capital, he added, confirms market confidence in Arkyn’s product-market fit and the Labs approach to innovation.

Company Background

Arkyn was founded by partners behind Trifork Smart Enterprise, formerly Invokers, who have built SAP-centric apps since 2007 and translated that domain expertise into Arkyn’s mobile-first suite. The company focuses on speed, usability, and performance for SAP plant maintenance and customer service in large enterprises worldwide. Its technology aims to minimize administrative overhead, standardize execution, and give leaders better visibility into asset performance.

About the Investors

Compounding Capital is the family office of Kasper Grundtvig Knokgaard, investing in vertical B2B SaaS that delivers mission-critical functionality in defined markets. Its portfolio includes categories such as childcare, performance management, commissioning, sports management, and subscription management, alongside Arkyn’s SAP maintenance software. Trifork Group, listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, operates across 16 countries with 1,197 employees and backs 23 active portfolio companies through Trifork Labs.

Arkyn’s €4 million round positions the company to extend its international presence and accelerate AI features that reduce manual work and boost reliability for maintenance teams. Investor participation from Compounding Capital and continued support from Trifork Labs underscore confidence in Arkyn’s SAP-native approach and commercial momentum. As manufacturers and infrastructure operators seek real-time, technician-first tools, Arkyn’s integrated apps are set to become core systems for modern maintenance.
