Israeli mobile measurement giant AppsFlyer has secured a significant $400 million credit line from Bank Leumi. This new financing follows a major transaction last June that valued the company at $2.7 billion. The credit facility is designed to provide AppsFlyer with enhanced financial flexibility to support its ongoing operations and future growth initiatives.

Strategic Financial Fortification

The new credit line offers AppsFlyer substantial capital without the need to raise additional equity, thereby preventing dilution for existing shareholders. This move underscores the company's robust financial health, which is supported by profitability and consistent positive cash flow. The facility will be used to bolster the company's day-to-day activities and strategic expansion plans.

This financing comes on the heels of a transaction exceeding $1 billion last June, which primarily provided liquidity for early investors. Prominent backers such as General Atlantic, Magma, Pitango, and Goldman Sachs were able to sell portions of their holdings. That deal established a strong valuation and set the stage for this next phase of financial planning.

Upholding Independence in Adtech

Despite investments from industry titans Google, Meta, and Unity in the June round, AppsFlyer has firmly maintained its operational independence. CEO Oren Kaniel emphasized that these were structured as minority stakes, granting no control or exclusivity to the investors. This arrangement is crucial for preserving the company's status as a neutral and unbiased platform in the ecosystem.

Kaniel highlighted that as artificial intelligence increasingly drives marketing decisions, the need for impartial measurement becomes foundational. He stated that trusted, independent attribution is no longer just an advantage but a necessity for the entire industry to thrive. This core belief has guided the company's strategy and its commitment to serving as a neutral infrastructure provider.

Sustained Growth and Market Leadership

Founded in 2011 by Oren Kaniel and Reshef Mann, AppsFlyer is a global leader in mobile attribution and marketing analytics. Its platform enables advertisers and developers to track user acquisition, analyze customer journeys, and optimize campaign performance. The company also provides advanced tools to detect and prevent advertising fraud, protecting marketing budgets for its clients.

The company demonstrates impressive financial strength, with an annual recurring revenue run rate of approximately $500 million. AppsFlyer currently employs around 1,300 people globally, following a workforce reduction of about 7% last year as part of an efficiency initiative. This lean operational model supports its profitability and positions it for sustainable growth in the competitive adtech landscape.

The $400 million credit line from Bank Leumi marks a pivotal moment for AppsFlyer, reinforcing its financial stability and strategic autonomy. This move allows the company to pursue its growth objectives while upholding its commitment to providing unbiased measurement in the adtech industry. It solidifies AppsFlyer's leadership position and equips it to continue innovating in an evolving digital marketing world.
