Guideless, an AI-powered software training platform, has successfully raised €1 million in a pre-seed funding round to enhance its innovative solution. The investment was led by Superhero Capital, with notable participation from FIRSTPICK VC and executives from Vinted, including CEO Thomas Plantenga. This new capital will accelerate product development, team growth, and support the company's expansion into key international markets.

Addressing Inefficient Training Processes

Many companies struggle with the high cost and time commitment required to create and maintain software training materials. This documentation quickly becomes outdated as tools and workflows evolve, forcing employees to rely on colleagues for support. This common issue leads to decreased productivity and repetitive, low-value work for knowledgeable team members.

The market for training, knowledge management, and AI-driven workflow automation is projected to exceed $21.5 billion by 2031. Despite its size, the industry lacks a modern, centralized method for capturing and auditing workflows to improve efficiency. Guideless aims to address this gap by transforming how operational knowledge is documented and shared within organizations.

An AI-Powered Solution for Workflow Documentation

The Guideless platform streamlines the creation of training guides by using AI to document workflows as they are performed. A user simply completes a task in any business software while the platform automatically captures each step. The AI then generates a complete guide with visual sequences, written instructions, and professional narration.

This automated process allows companies to create and update training documentation up to ten times faster than traditional methods. Because each tutorial consists of editable steps, it can be easily updated, translated, or adapted for different audiences. The platform supports text-to-speech narration in over 40 languages, enabling seamless localization for global teams.

Strategic Vision and Investor Confidence

According to CEO and co-founder Evaldas Bieliūnas, the platform is designed to do more than just create guides. Guideless converts each captured workflow into structured operational context, forming an “evolving memory layer” for the organization. This approach preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes inevitably change over time.

Lead investor Audrius Milukas of Superhero Capital expressed strong confidence in the company's forward-thinking approach. He noted that Guideless is not just eliminating the tedious work of creating training videos but is also solving future operational challenges. This strategic vision, he believes, positions Guideless to become a leader in the new wave of workplace training.

Angel investor and Vinted CEO Thomas Plantenga cited the platform's tangible results as a key reason for his investment. As an early adopter, Vinted has used Guideless to transform and maintain its extensive knowledge base with minimal manual effort. This firsthand success demonstrates the team's capabilities and the platform's significant potential for growth.

Future Plans and Market Expansion

Guideless has already gained significant traction, currently serving over 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 different markets. Its technology is utilized by prominent organizations such as Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association. This diverse user base validates the platform's broad appeal and effectiveness across various industries.

The newly secured €1 million in funding will be strategically allocated to accelerate product development and expand the company's team. A primary focus will be on driving international growth, with planned expansions into the United Kingdom, wider Europe, and the United States. These efforts will help Guideless establish a strong global presence in the training automation market.

Looking ahead, Guideless plans to leverage its accumulated workflow data as an operational intelligence layer for businesses. This structured information can provide reliable, company-specific context for AI agents, allowing them to understand how work is actually performed. This will enable more sophisticated automation based on real-world processes rather than generic assumptions.

The €1 million pre-seed funding round marks a pivotal moment for Guideless as it scales its mission to redefine corporate training and knowledge management. By automating the creation of dynamic, multilingual guides, the platform saves valuable time and preserves critical operational intelligence. With strong investor backing and a clear vision for the future, Guideless is well-positioned to become an essential tool for modern, software-driven organizations worldwide.
