Loopia, a Brazilian startup specializing in AI agents for e-commerce, has secured R$ 6.5 million in a Seed funding round. Led by Parceiro Ventures, the investment will fuel the company's mission to automate and enhance digital commerce operations. This new capital is earmarked for product development, channel expansion, and scaling its market presence.

Strategic Investment and Growth Trajectory

The funding was spearheaded by new partner Parceiro Ventures, with a clause that could increase the total to R$ 8.5 million based on growth milestones. The round also saw continued support from existing investors Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders, and ABVC Latam. These firms previously backed Loopia in its R$ 3.7 million Pre-Seed round in 2025.

This investment follows a period of remarkable expansion, as the company reported a 25-fold growth in 2025. Now in its second year, Loopia is focused on scaling its commercial team and targeting enterprise clients. The company aims to multiply its operations by at least five times over the next 18 months.

Revolutionizing E-commerce Operations

Loopia's platform addresses a critical pain point for online sellers by centralizing customer interactions from disparate channels. It integrates with major marketplaces like Mercado Livre, social platforms like TikTok Shop, and proprietary e-commerce sites. This unified ecosystem allows businesses to manage their digital presence from a single, intelligent dashboard.

The core of its service is AI agents that operate 24/7 and respond to customer queries in under 30 seconds. These agents manage the entire consumer journey, from pre-sale questions and cart recovery to post-sale support. This automation improves efficiency and allows human teams to focus on more complex strategic tasks.

A Natively AI-Powered Architecture

According to its lead investor, Loopia's key advantage lies in its foundational architecture. The platform was developed natively with generative AI, rather than being a traditional system with an AI layer added on. This design allows agents to understand context, prioritize tasks, and proactively execute complex operational workflows.

Diane Zehil, Vice President of Parceiro Ventures, highlighted this distinction as a crucial factor in their investment. She noted that with Loopia, automation transcends simple auto-replies to become a truly intelligent operational tool. Zehil confirmed that clients have validated the effectiveness of this generative AI-native approach in practice.

Experienced Leadership and Future Outlook

The company was founded in 2024 by CEO Tiago Vailati and CTO Anderson Fantini, both seasoned technology entrepreneurs. Vailati previously founded Hiper, a retail software startup acquired by Linx for R$ 50 million in 2019. Fantini brings over 15 years of experience, having led more than 100 software projects across various sectors.

With the new funds, Loopia plans to enhance its product and broaden its ecosystem of integrated sales channels. The founders aim to address outdated manual processes in retail, where delayed responses often result in lost sales. The company is also a member of the WhatsApp AI Startups Hub, a program by Meta supporting innovative AI applications.

This R$ 6.5 million Seed round marks a significant milestone for Loopia, positioning it to accelerate its disruption of the e-commerce landscape. By providing intelligent agents built on a native AI foundation, the company is poised to redefine operational efficiency for online sellers. The investment validates Loopia's vision and equips it with resources to capture a leading role in the agentic commerce market.
