AG TaxTech, Brazil's pioneering tax intelligence firm, has announced the inauguration of its new office in São José dos Campos. This strategic expansion aims to serve the region's prominent industrial and technological sectors, providing crucial support as businesses navigate Brazil's ongoing tax reform. The new unit, known as "Casa AG," officially opened on May 7th, marking a significant step in the company's national growth strategy.

Strategic Expansion into a Key Economic Hub

The selection of São José dos Campos is a deliberate move to tap into one of Brazil's most vital economic centers. The city is home to a high concentration of companies in the aerospace, automotive, and technology industries, all of which face complex fiscal challenges. This expansion allows AG TaxTech to offer specialized, on-the-ground support to a market with a growing demand for tax efficiency and compliance.

According to Alexandre Issa, Chief of Growth Officer at AG TaxTech, the primary goal is to be closer to regional companies. He emphasized the importance of local execution capabilities, especially during a period of significant transformation in the national tax system. The new office, led by Head Vanessa Cotosck, is designed to strengthen relationships with local entrepreneurs and partners in the Vale do Paraíba region.

Addressing a Growing Need for Tax Intelligence

The timing of this expansion coincides with Brazil's comprehensive tax reform, which is creating new complexities for businesses across all sectors. Companies are increasingly seeking expert guidance to ensure compliance and optimize their fiscal planning in this evolving regulatory environment. AG TaxTech positions itself as a critical partner for businesses aiming to maintain a competitive edge through smarter financial management.

Vanessa Cotosck described the move as an intentional effort to be present where innovation thrives. She noted that companies in the region understand that structured and intelligent tax management is essential for efficiency and growth. The "Casa AG" will serve as a hub for business development and consultative services, helping clients make strategic decisions that improve their bottom line.

A Track Record of Growth and Ambitious Goals

With 16 years of experience, AG TaxTech has established a strong reputation for delivering tangible results for its clients. The company has successfully recovered over R$ 8 billion in tax refunds for approximately 12,000 businesses across Brazil using its proprietary technology. This track record is built on identifying tax credit opportunities and rectifying fiscal obligations through efficient administrative processes.

The company's financial performance underscores its rapid growth trajectory, having reported R$ 330 million in revenue for 2023. AG TaxTech has set an ambitious target of reaching R$ 550 million in revenue for the current year, representing a projected increase of 66.7%. This growth is fueled by a robust national expansion plan that includes the new São José dos Campos office.

The São José dos Campos location is the 18th "Casa AG" unit to open in Brazil, reflecting a solid and advancing expansion strategy. The company plans to operate 34 units by the end of 2026, with a long-term goal of reaching 100 locations by the end of 2028. This physical network is central to its mission of providing accessible, localized expertise to businesses nationwide.

The inauguration of the São José dos Campos office marks a pivotal moment for AG TaxTech and the regional business community. This expansion not only reinforces the company's commitment to national growth but also provides essential resources for enterprises navigating a complex fiscal landscape. By establishing a local presence in a key innovation hub, AG TaxTech is well-positioned to foster greater financial efficiency and competitiveness for Brazilian companies.
