Alltheway, a travel technology startup developing a digital operating system for baggage logistics, has raised €3.5 million in seed funding. The round brought together Innovacom, Groupe ADP, Accor, CDG Invest through its flagship 212 Founders program, and several business angels. With this investment, 212 Founders is furthering its mission of positioning Morocco as a strategic hub for international startups entering Africa.

212 Founders’ Strategic Role

The participation of 212 Founders was a defining feature of the round, aligning with its mandate to support high-potential startups through funding and international scale-up. By welcoming Alltheway into its portfolio, the program reinforces its growing influence in both Moroccan and regional innovation ecosystems. The initiative, backed by CDG Invest, not only provides capital but also offers operational support and access to strategic partners.

Technology and Market Offering

Alltheway has created the first operating system dedicated to baggage management, designed to serve airlines, airports, rail operators, hotels, and event organizers. Its technology allows passengers to check in luggage from city centers in under ten minutes and retrieve it directly at their destination. By integrating Know Your Customer verification at each step, the platform ensures both efficiency and security while connecting different travel infrastructures.

Customer Traction

The startup already collaborates with major players including Accor, Air France, Disneyland Paris, and SNCF. These early partnerships validate the system’s ability to meet industry needs while proving its scalability across diverse travel segments. Such traction demonstrates the company’s readiness to accelerate international deployment.

Strategic Perspectives

Co-founder and CEO Emilie Gazeau emphasized the company’s ambition to create “the operating system for baggage management in the age of AI.” She explained that the fresh capital will help strengthen Alltheway’s API ecosystem and drive international growth in markets such as the United States and Morocco. For Groupe ADP, represented by venture director Maylis de la Loge, the platform directly addresses one of the travel industry’s most persistent challenges—streamlining passenger mobility.

Morocco as a Hub

Through 212 Founders’ involvement, Morocco will become a central base for Alltheway’s African operations. The move underscores the program’s strategy of turning Morocco into a travel tech and innovation hub by attracting international startups and helping them scale regionally. This positioning is expected to create new synergies across mobility, tourism, and hospitality industries on the continent.

Expansion Plans

The company will channel the new funds into technology development and global expansion. By focusing on interoperability between different travel stakeholders, Alltheway aims to standardize luggage handling worldwide. With both European traction and Moroccan anchoring through 212 Founders, the startup is preparing for its next stage of growth.

The €3.5 million investment into Alltheway highlights the increasing importance of integrated travel logistics solutions and Morocco’s rising role as a travel tech hub. With 212 Founders at the center of this milestone, the program continues to demonstrate its ability to attract, fund, and scale global startups through its ecosystem. Alltheway’s ambition to reinvent baggage management places it firmly among the emerging players shaping the future of global travel.
