Eftsure, a provider of payment verification and financial control technology, has announced the addition of Relish to its business. The move brings Relish's vendor intelligence and invoice automation capabilities together with Eftsure's independent payment verification platform. The combined organization aims to give finance teams more confidence before money moves out of a business.
Broadening Vendor Intelligence and Compliance
Relish contributes two core technologies to the Eftsure platform. Data Assure validates and enriches vendor information, including identity, banking, tax, ownership, and sanctions data, against live government and third-party sources. Invoice AI uses machine learning to automate and validate invoice processing, while Eftsure adds independent payment verification to strengthen controls.
Expanding What Finance Teams Can Verify
The integration is intended to help customers verify more of the information behind each payment before funds leave the business. Eftsure said users can expect deeper vendor intelligence and compliance, faster procure-to-pay processes, greater payment control, and broader verification. The company framed the announcement as an expansion of what finance teams can see, verify, and protect.
Designed to Fit Existing Finance Systems
Relish also strengthens Eftsure's ability to work across the technology environments that customers already use. The combined capabilities integrate with more than 35 finance and enterprise platforms, including SAP, Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle NetSuite. Eftsure said it remains independent and system-agnostic, giving customers flexibility to use its platform alongside their existing systems.
A Growing Technology Ecosystem
Eftsure said it will continue expanding the ecosystem of finance and enterprise platforms it supports. The company maintains a partner-friendly approach across the industry and does not tie customers to a single system or vendor. This approach is meant to preserve customer choice while enabling Eftsure to integrate within established workflows and support future platform needs.
International Growth and Scale
The addition of Relish marks another major step in Eftsure's international growth, following the integration of Sis ID in 2025. The combined organization now serves more than 4,000 customers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with a team of more than 600 people. Across the business, Eftsure protects more than US$288 billion in payments each year and actively monitors 11 million vendors.
Responding to a Global Fraud Environment
Eftsure's verification coverage spans 190 countries and territories, and account verification reaches approximately 85 percent of the world's banked population. The company highlighted that financial fraud losses globally reached an estimated US$442 billion in 2025. Eftsure argued that its expanded data, automation, and independent verification capabilities help customers respond to a risk environment that does not stop at borders.
Positioning for the Future
Chief executive Jon Soldan described the combined direction as a truly global payment assurance platform from onboarding to payment. The company said the transaction is not simply about scale, but about providing stronger data and smarter processes across more of the payment journey. Eftsure expects the combined capabilities to deliver greater protection for customers as one team.
The integration of Relish positions Eftsure to offer a broader range of verification and automation services to finance teams around the world. By combining vendor intelligence, invoice automation, and payment verification, the company aims to help customers manage risk more effectively across multiple regions and systems. The announcement signals continued momentum in Eftsure's effort to build a global payment assurance platform.
