Boost'in Africa is a pre-acceleration initiative dedicated to empowering high-potential Moroccan startups. Launched by IMPACT Lab in partnership with Tamwilcom, the program combines expert coaching, strategic networking, and customized funding to propel startups toward sustainable growth. With a unique structure and personalized follow-up, Boost’in aims to become a catalyst for innovation across key tech sectors in Morocco.


Why Apply to Boost’in?

Boost’in Africa is designed to support early-growth Moroccan startups through:

  • Tailored Support: Program activities are structured around the real challenges and goals of startups in the growth phase.
  • Personalized Coaching: Each startup is paired with a lead coach offering tailored expertise and strategic guidance.
  • High-Quality Community: Participants join the IMPACT Lab network, gaining access to international experts, potential clients, and investors.
  • Custom Financing: Through the Tech Boost initiative, startups may qualify for a zero-interest loan of up to $75,000.
  • Ongoing Follow-up: After the program, startups benefit from 15 additional months of targeted mentorship and networking.

Tech Boost Financing Explained


The Tech Boost loan, administered by Tamwilcom via IMPACT Lab, is a central component of the Boost’in program.

  • Loan Value: Up to $50,000, extendable to $75,000 for patented innovations
  • Purpose: To fund the deployment of innovative products and customer acquisition
  • Startup Contribution: At least 20% of the project cost must be self-financed before disbursement
  • Repayment Terms: Payable over a maximum of 5 years, with a 2-year grace period

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for Boost’in, startups must meet the following conditions:

  1. Legally Incorporated in Morocco: Founders must reside in Morocco.
  2. Recent Entity: Incorporated within the past 5 years.
  3. Innovative Offering: The product or business model must demonstrate innovation; patents are prioritized.
  4. Growth Stage: The product must be post-MVP and already on the market.
  5. Priority Sectors: B2B startups in Fintech, Agritech, Healthtech, or Cleantech are prioritized.
