The acquired platforms have become essential tools for preparing and routing inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network. Wizard-Industries has been building software for Amazon inbound work since 2015, making it one of the earliest dedicated platforms in the space. FNSKU Studio offers a browser-based system for Amazon prep, labeling, returns processing, and warehouse operations used widely by brands, 3PLs, and refurbishers.

Together, the platforms handle shipment creation, FNSKU labeling, pack validation, multi-warehouse routing, and placement decisions across Amazon's FBA and AWD networks. ZonPrep was a customer of both platforms before the acquisition and now moves more than 20 million units into Amazon every month with their support.
