Zenzap, a collaborative AI platform founded by Guy Weiss, Jonatan Bien, and Noam Neumann, has publicly launched AI agents that work alongside teams and automate workflows across business tools. The company is supported by US$44 million in total funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and The Garage. The launch signals a move from private, single-player AI assistants to shared, multiplayer AI that reflects how organizations actually operate.

From Single-Player to Multiplayer AI

Most current AI tools remain single-player experiences, with one person, one AI, and one private conversation. Businesses, however, depend on multiple people, tools, approvals, and handoffs to complete everyday work. Zenzap places AI agents inside the same team chats where communication happens, allowing them to use conversation context, involve the right colleagues, and take action across connected business tools.

Built for How Teams Work

Zenzap agents can be built in one click and customized without technical knowledge. Employees interact with them through text or voice messages on mobile and desktop, making the platform accessible at a desk or on the go. The agents live in group chats as teammates and connect to more than 400 business apps, where they find information, analyze data, update records, and automate workflows.

Security, Oversight, and Compliance

Organizations control who can use each AI agent, what it can access, and which actions require human approval. Each agent runs in an isolated computer for every conversation, never holds credentials, and sends every request through a firewall it cannot control. Zenzap has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, is GDPR compliant, supports HIPAA under a BAA, and offers EU or US data residency and BYOK.

Founding Team and Investor Support

Zenzap was founded in 2022 by CEO Guy Weiss, CTO Jonatan Bien, and COO Noam Neumann. Weiss previously founded Stucco Media and led it through an acquisition, while Bien held senior technology roles at Voca.ai and Viz.ai, and Neumann held senior roles at Mobox and Matomy. The funding was jointly led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from The Garage.

Early Adoption and Results

More than 10,000 teams already rely on Zenzap daily, and early response to the new agents has been strong. Within two weeks of the agent rollout, 60% of teams that switched them on used them daily, and agent activity grew roughly 20x. One clinic recovered US$1,583 in missed payments on its first day, illustrating the immediate operational value of collaborative AI.

A Timely Shift for Business AI

Personal AI assistants have already entered private life, but companies need trusted versions of the same capability. Employees previously moved work to personal messaging apps when sanctioned tools lagged behind, and personal agents could repeat that pattern while acting on company information. Zenzap aims to provide employees with an approved way to build and use agents before unmanaged tools take hold.

Zenzap's public launch brings collaborative AI agents to businesses that have so far been left out of the agentic era. The US$44 million in total funding will support product development, expanded sales teams, and international growth. By combining a familiar chat interface with enterprise-grade controls, Zenzap is positioning itself to lead the transition from individual AI use to multiplayer AI across organizations.
