Warpify Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., operating under global robotics brand Warpify Robotics, has completed a Pre-Series A funding round backed by Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund. The investment represents the company's first institutional financing, though the financial terms were not disclosed. The announcement was made on August 28, 2026, from Shenzhen, China, signaling a new phase of international commercialization for the robotics firm.

The funding marks a significant step for Warpify Robotics as it transitions from early operations to a more structured growth phase with institutional backing. Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund is connected to Zhongguancun, one of China's largest and most established technology and innovation ecosystems. This connection provides Warpify with both financial support and strategic access to a broad network of technology partners and market resources.

A Workflow-First Approach to Robotics

Warpify Robotics describes itself as building robot productivity infrastructure that makes deploying robots simpler, more reliable and more scalable. The company starts with the work outcome rather than a fixed product catalog, evaluating workflows, operating environments and economics before recommending solutions. It then selects and configures robot platforms, sensors and payloads, connects software and enterprise systems, and organizes deployment and lifecycle support.

Flexible Commercial and Operating Models

Depending on the application, Warpify can structure deployments through direct purchase, leasing or Robotics-as-a-Service, also known as RaaS. Under the RaaS model, customers contract for a defined scope of robotic work while deployment, monitoring, maintenance, repairs and service management may be coordinated through Warpify and local operating partners.
