Vintage Investment Partners has raised US$920 million in fresh capital, lifting its assets under management to more than US$4.8 billion. The global venture capital platform, founded in 2003, focuses exclusively on venture investing across funds and venture-backed companies. The new capital strengthens its ability to invest on a primary and secondary basis while supporting liquidity demand across the venture ecosystem.

Fundraising Details

The raise brings the firm's total capital raised over the past 3 years to more than US$1.1 billion across primary, secondary, and co-investment strategies. Vintage invests in venture funds, acquires existing stakes in funds and private companies, and participates in growth rounds alongside managers it backs. The firm maintains offices in Tel Aviv, London, and New York and has built long-standing relationships with sought-after venture managers in the United States, Europe, and Israel.

Strategic Focus

Focused exclusively on venture, the firm has built proprietary data and insights across thousands of venture funds and companies worldwide. It uses long-standing relationships with leading, capacity-constrained managers to access both primary and secondary opportunities. The new capital expands its ability to invest across a growing universe of venture-backed companies.

Private Market Growth

Companies are staying private longer, and more of their value is created before public markets ever see it. Artificial intelligence is accelerating innovation and enabling high-growth technology companies to reach significant scale while remaining private. Demand for venture exposure and liquidity for existing investments continues to grow as a result.

Capital Concentration

Capital is concentrating among a relatively small number of top venture firms. Vintage cited the Q2 2026 PitchBook-NVCA Venture Monitor, which found that just 3 firms accounted for nearly half of all venture capital raised in the first half of 2026. That concentration can make access to sought-after funds harder and increases the importance of long-standing relationships.

Leadership Promotions

Vintage has promoted Tzlil Kovetz to Partner, recognizing her progression from Associate to Partner over more than 5 years. Ilan Leiferman, Chief Value Officer, has also been promoted to Partner for leading Value+, the firm's value creation platform. The platform connects portfolio companies with a network of more than 650 leading enterprises and has helped generate hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial opportunities.

Investor Relations Appointment

The firm has also appointed Brachie Sprung as Chief Investor Relations Officer. She brings 2 decades of global experience across venture capital, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic communications. Vintage said these changes reflect its commitment to building a multi-generational institution and strengthening the team that will lead its next chapter.

Executive Commentary

Co-Managing Partner Asaf Horesh said more value is being created in private markets over shorter timelines than at any point in venture history. He noted that many successful founders continue to partner with a relatively small group of highly sought-after venture managers. According to Horesh, earning access to those managers remains the firm's hardest and most important work.

Investor Discipline

Co-Managing Partner Abe Finkelstein said the firm is grateful to its limited partners for their trust. He emphasized that Vintage does not assume its place in the room but earns it through discipline, high standards, and market understanding. Finkelstein added that this discipline matters more than ever in the current market environment.

The US$920 million capital raise positions Vintage to expand partnerships with leading, capacity-constrained venture managers and invest across a growing universe of venture-backed companies. By combining fund investments, secondary transactions, and growth-stage opportunities, the firm aims to address both demand for venture exposure and the need for liquidity. The new leadership appointments further support Vintage's goal of building a durable global venture platform for its next chapter.
