Sharpi, a Brazilian startup that automates B2B sales within WhatsApp, has raised a $4 million seed round led by NXTP and ONEVC, with participation from Clocktower Ventures and MAYA Capital. The funding marks the company's second raise, following a $1.2 million pre-seed round led by MAYA Capital in the prior year. The new capital arrives as Sharpi experiences rapid client growth from about six active accounts to more than twenty.

Funding and Capital Allocation

The investment will primarily support service delivery after a sharp increase in demand. Founder and CEO Kim Rawicz said that the lean team had been focused on existing clients and that the next six months will prioritize engineering hires. Additional hiring is planned for commercial and operations teams to keep pace with the expanding customer base.

Advancing Autonomous AI

A portion of the round will fund a new generation of autonomous artificial intelligence agents. These agents are designed to independently handle demand generation, order processing, and customer reactivation. Currently the platform operates as a copilot, automating daily sales tasks while still requiring human validation at certain steps.

Conversational Sales Platform

Sharpi connects to each salesperson's WhatsApp and interprets orders and quotes sent via text, audio, image, or file. It then enters that information automatically into management systems such as SAP, Totvs, and Sankhya, reducing order processing time from up to eight hours to roughly thirty minutes. The platform also suggests products, runs industry campaigns, reactivates inactive customers, and performs automatic follow-up.

Management Visibility

A management layer helps companies view sales fragmented across WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets. It identifies why deals were lost and shows which orders could not be fulfilled due to stock shortages. This integration into the daily WhatsApp workflow differentiates Sharpi from passive CRMs that depend on manual updates.

Company Origins and Pivot

Sharpi was formally founded in 2023 by Kim Rawicz and Alexandre Philippi, who serves as chief technology officer. Before entering technology, Rawicz studied gastronomy and ran businesses including a brownie distributor and a confectionery. The startup initially targeted restaurants with low-code back office solutions but pivoted after discovering that the sector preferred purchasing through WhatsApp rather than traditional systems.

Client Base and Performance

The company now focuses on distributors and manufacturers that sell fast-moving, low-ticket products. Its client list includes Mantiqueira Brasil, Bold Snacks, Bidfood, Rio Quality, Disdal, Nilo Tozzo, and Cayena. The company says it has processed more than R$2 billion in transactions and holds contracted annual recurring revenue of $720,000, with a target of $8 million by the end of 2027.

Sales Team Empowerment

Sharpi's leadership emphasizes that the goal is not to replace salespeople but to empower them. The company points to performance gaps in which one salesperson may sell R$400,000 per month while another sells R$50,000. Its technology aims to close that gap by enabling more consistent sales behavior while preserving the human contact that often drives B2B deals.

The seed round positions Sharpi to scale its engineering, commercial, and operational capacity while advancing its artificial intelligence roadmap. The startup's integration with WhatsApp and its focus on distributors with telesales teams place it in a specific niche with limited direct competition. As it moves toward its 2027 revenue target, the company will seek to prove that conversational automation can meaningfully improve B2B sales productivity.
