sennder, Europe's leading digital road freight forwarder, has reached an unadjusted IFRS EBITDA positive result on a monthly basis and expects to report full year IFRS EBITDA profitability for 2026. The Berlin based company also confirmed the completed integration of C.H. Robinson's European Surface Transportation business onto its single platform, sennOS. With these milestones, sennder is on track to generate €1 billion in annual revenue for 2026 while managing more than 150,000 shipments per month.

Profitability Driven by Focus and Efficiency

The profitability milestone reflects a deliberate emphasis on revenue quality rather than volume growth in a European road freight market facing modest expansion and rising operating costs. sennder has actively optimized its customer portfolio and sharpened its focus on core business operations. These actions, combined with strategic portfolio optimization and improved operational efficiency, have positioned the company to deliver IFRS EBITDA profitability for the full year 2026.

Integration of C.H. Robinson EST Complete

The integration of C.H. Robinson's European Surface Transportation business has brought both organizations onto one unified platform called sennOS. The combined operation now manages more than 150,000 shipments every month through a network of over 40,000 vetted carriers. This scale places sennder among Europe's largest road freight forwarders and supports its €1 billion revenue target for 2026.

Productivity Gains Powered by AI Agents

Operator productivity, measured as gross profit per operator, increased by 45% year over year. sennder attributes this improvement to greater scale, the single integrated sennOS platform, and the growing use of reasoning AI agents that work alongside teams. These agents analyze live network data to match loads with suitable capacity, price shipments in real time, and resolve issues before they escalate.

Continued Investment in Technology and Network

With profitability established, sennder plans to continue investing in its platform, its AI agents, and its European carrier network. The company remains focused on profitable growth by prioritizing sustainable shipment volumes that support reliable service for customers and carriers. This approach aims to strengthen sennder's position as a dependable and efficient partner in European road freight.

Sustainability and Emissions Impact

sennder also reported progress in reducing the environmental footprint of road freight operations. By cutting empty kilometers, optimizing transport flows, and expanding access to lower emission options such as electric vehicles and HVO, the company prevented more than 31,000 metric tons of CO2e emissions over the past 12 months. These initiatives form part of sennder's mission to build a more efficient and sustainable freight network across Europe.

Leadership Comment

David Nothacker, co-founder and CEO of sennder, said the company's continued operational momentum and sustained profitability strengthen its ability to invest in the digital transformation of freight. He noted that bringing two large businesses onto one platform while lifting operator productivity by 45% reinforces sennder's role as a dependable partner for customers and carriers. Nothacker added that this milestone supports the company's effort to raise standards for reliability, efficiency, and innovation in European road freight.

sennder's profitability milestone and completed integration mark a significant step in its evolution as one of Europe's leading digital road freight forwarders. The company's ability to unify operations on sennOS, improve productivity by 45%, and maintain a vast carrier network demonstrates the value of its technology-driven model. As sennder pursues profitable growth, it aims to continue delivering reliability, efficiency, and sustainability benefits for customers and carriers across Europe.
