IDRAJ.AI, a Saudi company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for institutional listing and IPO readiness, has closed a pre-seed funding round worth 2.25 million Saudi riyals, or approximately 598,000 US dollars. The round was led by ASAP Legal Tech, a legal technology firm that invests in specialized regulatory and legal innovation. The announcement was made alongside the two companies' participation in LEAP 2026, highlighting the growing intersection of capital markets and artificial intelligence in Saudi Arabia.

AI Tools for Listing Readiness

IDRAJ.AI operates a Saudi-built platform that uses artificial intelligence to assess company readiness, analyze regulatory requirements, and organize legal documents and data. Its central goal is to convert a fragmented and complex set of pre-listing procedures into a clearer digital journey for issuers and advisers. The company was founded by Khulud Al-Saleh, a former legal advisor at the international law firm White and Case.

Bridging a Market Gap

The concept behind IDRAJ.AI originated from a clear gap between the ambitions of companies seeking to reach the Saudi financial market and the complexity of the pre-listing process. Al-Saleh believes that artificial intelligence and structured data can redesign this journey into a more organized, transparent, and efficient path for issuers. The closing of this early stage round is therefore seen as the beginning of a new phase in the company's development.

Capital Deployment and Target Users

The new funding will be used to develop IDRAJ.AI's product and technical infrastructure while strengthening its artificial intelligence capabilities. The company also plans to attract specialized talent, expand its range of solutions, and build partnerships that support the full listing journey. IDRAJ.AI is targeting companies seeking access to the Saudi main market and the parallel Nomu market, as well as advisers and professional entities connected to the broader IPO ecosystem.

Investor Confidence and Legal Tech Focus

ASAP Legal Tech led the round as part of its strategy to invest in technologies that address real legal and regulatory challenges. The firm is a subsidiary of the ASAP Legal Group and develops legal technology solutions for government and private sector clients. Ayman Al-Suhayan, CEO of the group, said the combination of legal expertise, market understanding, and scalable product development is what attracted the investment.

Strategic Timing at LEAP 2026

The funding announcement coincided with the launch of LEAP 2026, a major regional technology event where Saudi Arabia is showcasing its digital transformation and innovation priorities. The participation of both companies underlines the growing significance of artificial intelligence within the legal and capital market sectors. It also signals that specialized platforms such as IDRAJ.AI are attracting significant early-stage investor attention across the Kingdom.

Expanding the Listing Platform

Beyond providing a single tool, IDRAJ.AI intends to build a platform that supports companies from the initial listing idea to the moment they reach the listing bell. The company aims to help clients understand their current position in the listing journey and identify what is needed to move forward. This approach combines domain knowledge in capital markets with machine learning and document management.

The pre-seed round marks a notable step for Saudi legal technology and for artificial intelligence adoption in the capital market readiness process. IDRAJ.AI's partnership with ASAP Legal Tech reflects a broader push to develop local platforms that combine legal expertise with data and automation. As the company evolves, its ability to simplify the route to public listing could make it a relevant player in the kingdom's financial ecosystem.
