Qualitate, a New York-based provider of an AI-native continuous intelligence system for primary research, has raised US$25 million in a Series A round led by Insight Partners. Existing investors IA Ventures and Crew Capital also participated in the financing. The company intends to use the funding to scale its platform and make high-quality primary research faster, more affordable, and more deeply integrated into business decisions.

Accelerating Growth in a Legacy Market

Qualitate has grown its revenue run-rate more than 10x year-to-date and conducted over 1 million minutes of AI-moderated expert interviews. The company operates in a market research industry valued at more than US$100 billion, which has traditionally depended on costly, one-off projects that can take weeks or months. Qualitate replaces that model with an always-on AI system that sources experts, conducts interviews, and turns conversations into structured, searchable intelligence.

How the Continuous Intelligence System Works

At its foundation, Qualitate deploys an AI Interviewer to conduct thousands of proactive expert conversations each month. Each interview informs the next, enabling increasingly nuanced, context-rich discussions and building a continuously updated library across tens of thousands of companies and end markets. Customers can query the library through Qualitate's agentic research application or bring it into Claude, Codex, and other AI tools through MCP.

Teams can launch private custom studies with a single prompt and receive synthesized findings in days using the same evidence-grounded interviewer. Qualitate also allows customers to conduct interviews directly in the platform or import calls and transcripts from other tools, bringing human- and AI-moderated research into one system. The platform combines that research with company context to create a private, permissioned institutional memory while proactive alerts surface meaningful changes in sentiment and competitive dynamics.

Customer Outcomes and Evidence-Based Decisions

Customers include leading enterprises, hedge funds, private equity firms, credit investors, and venture capital firms. One publicly traded technology company used Qualitate to interview more than 300 vetted customers in 72 hours, uncovering a competitor's integration advantage and identifying its own pricing opportunity. The system also turns cadenced interviews with a broad base of experts into time-series data, helping investment teams spot shifts in product adoption, spending, and competitive sentiment before reported results.

Qualitate also supports rapid pressure-testing of a company's competitive moat. One of the ten largest private equity firms in the world went from initial question to completed interviews with 25 churned customers and 25 former employees in eight business days. The engagement assessed why customers leave, what drives retention, where competitors have an edge, and how durable the company's competitive advantage is.

Leadership and Investor Perspective

Insight Partners became a Qualitate customer before leading the round, according to Managing Director Crissy Behrens. Behrens said, "Primary research across the industry has long been limited by cost, time, and access." She added that Qualitate's AI-native architecture changes the calculus of primary research, starting with the quality of its expert network and delivering continuous intelligence that compounds with every conversation.

Sagar Kadakia, founder and CEO of Qualitate, said, "Every business decision should be grounded in primary data, not just the handful that justify a costly consulting engagement." He added that most AI tools analyze information that already exists, whereas Qualitate continuously gathers fresh evidence from the right people. Kadakia emphasized that the system gets smarter with every conversation.

The Series A funding positions Qualitate to scale its continuous intelligence model during a period when organizations increasingly demand real-time, evidence-backed insights. With its AI Interviewer, agentic research application, and MCP integrations, the company is building a system that embeds primary research directly into how investment and enterprise teams work. Qualitate's growth metrics and early customer deployments signal that AI-moderated primary research is moving from experimental capability to practical business infrastructure.
