PX Data, a startup nurtured within Bradesco's inovabra innovation hub, has launched BIA Reviews, a sophisticated AI platform set to redefine the bank's management of app store feedback. This strategic initiative, bolstered by a recent R$ 15 million funding round led by Bradesco Venture Capital, transforms customer reviews from a simple feedback channel into a powerful tool for enhancing user experience. The platform is already integrated with the bank's virtual assistant, BIA, demonstrating a deep commitment to technological advancement.

Addressing Operational Inefficiencies

Before the introduction of BIA Reviews, Bradesco's approach to managing customer feedback was entirely manual, creating significant operational bottlenecks. The team could only process approximately 70 reviews per day, leading to response times of up to two days for customers. This labor-intensive method also restricted engagement almost exclusively to negative comments, leaving a vast amount of valuable positive and neutral feedback unaddressed.

The AI-Powered Transformation

With the new platform, Bradesco has achieved a remarkable leap in efficiency, more than doubling its daily review processing capacity to over 150 interactions. The AI has drastically reduced the average response time to less than half its previous duration, while expanding coverage to encompass all rating levels. Currently monitoring around 5,000 reviews per month, which is 32% of the total, the bank aims to scale the solution to manage 90% of all incoming feedback.

A Custom-Built Solution for Finance

Allan Miranda, CEO of PX Data, explained that the project's core challenge was not just automation but creating an AI that respects the brand's voice and adheres to the financial sector's rigorous governance standards. Since no off-the-shelf product met these specific needs, PX Data developed a proprietary solution from scratch with a flexible architecture designed for continuous evolution. This ensures that all interactions are secure, compliant, and perfectly aligned with Bradesco's institutional tone.

Strategic Impact and Business Value

The implementation provides significant strategic advantages beyond simple efficiency gains, as noted by Daniel Pretti, head of channel platforms at Bradesco. Automating thousands of monthly interactions allows the bank to reallocate its expert teams to focus on resolving more complex customer challenges and driving continuous improvements across its digital channels. This strategic shift fosters a more proactive and data-informed approach to enhancing the overall digital banking experience for millions of users.

Innovation Ecosystem and Future Growth

This successful collaboration highlights the mission of inovabra, which, according to its head Renata Petrovic, is to connect innovative startups with concrete business challenges to accelerate technological maturity. Building on this success, PX Data is now developing BIA Insights, a complementary module focused on strategic analysis and competitive intelligence to generate further value from customer data. The recent R$ 15 million investment, which also saw participation from Vibra Ventures, will fuel this expansion and solidify the platform's market position.

The launch of BIA Reviews represents a pivotal achievement for the PX Data and Bradesco partnership, showcasing how tailored AI can effectively modernize customer service in a highly regulated industry. This initiative not only resolves a critical operational bottleneck but also establishes a new benchmark for managing digital customer perception with scale and precision. The substantial new funding underscores investor confidence in PX Data's vision and its technology's capacity to deliver lasting strategic impact.
