POV Beauty, the skin prep brand co-founded by creator Mikayla Nogueira and beauty executive Ani Hadjinian, has closed a Series A funding round led by Silas Capital. RÉDO Capital and existing investor Imaginary Ventures also participated in the round, which follows a highly successful nationwide launch at Sephora. The company plans to use the capital to scale operations, expand its team, and strengthen its omnichannel presence across retail and ecommerce.

Investor Backing and Strategic Growth

Silas Capital brings growth equity and venture capital experience across beauty and consumer brands, while RÉDO Capital adds expertise in beauty, personal care, and wellness. The new funding will support POV Beauty's momentum within Sephora, accelerate hiring, and deepen its presence on TikTok Shop. The company also intends to invest in a pipeline of skincare-makeup hybrid innovations designed to streamline skin preparation.

Retail Momentum and Product Innovation

POV Beauty launched in 2025 with a philosophy that makeup performs best when skin is properly prepped. Its product lineup includes community favorites such as Drench It, Glaze It, Whip It, Drip It, Chill It, Snatch It, and Amp It. In the coming months, the brand plans to expand the range to further simplify the path to a flawless base for all consumers.

Founder Perspectives on Category Leadership

Co-Founder and CEO Ani Hadjinian said the past year has been transformational for POV Beauty, citing the team's operational execution during large-scale retail launches. Co-Founder Mikayla Nogueira emphasized that the investment honors the brand's community by enabling it to dream bigger and create more clinically tested products. Both leaders see the partnership as a way to deliver rapid retail expansion and category-defining innovation.

Investor Confidence in the Brand

Brian Thorne, Partner at Silas Capital, described POV Beauty as a rare intersection of digital community insight and high-performance physical products. Lusa Zhou, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RÉDO Capital, praised the founders for their complementary strengths and deep understanding of their consumers. Kelly Dill of Imaginary Ventures noted the founding team's ability to turn community insight into a distinctive, high-performing product line with precision.

Omnichannel Ambitions

POV Beauty's strategy includes building on its Sephora launch while strengthening its direct-to-consumer operations and social commerce capabilities. The brand has identified TikTok Shop as a key channel for reaching its digitally native audience and converting engagement into sales. These efforts align with its broader mission to connect digital discovery with intuitive, high-performance beauty products.

Community Ecosystem and Product Roadmap

The brand recently rolled out a dedicated community app to strengthen direct engagement and support a long-term ecosystem around skin prep. POV Beauty's roadmap includes clinically backed, beginner-friendly formulas that reflect real consumer insight and demand. This approach supports the company's goal of owning the skin prep category while expanding retail and digital commerce channels.

The Series A round marks a significant milestone for POV Beauty as it transitions from a high-growth launch to a broader beauty platform. With support from Silas Capital, RÉDO Capital, and Imaginary Ventures, the brand is positioned to deepen its retail presence and accelerate product development. Backed by a highly engaged community and strong Sephora performance, POV Beauty is poised to define the skin prep category in the years ahead.
