Polish sales intelligence startup Zynt has secured $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by venture capital firm 24Ventures. The company aims to transform B2B sales by shifting focus from high-volume outreach to precise timing and buyer intent. This capital will fuel platform development and support its international expansion.

Addressing a Saturated Market

The contemporary B2B sales environment is characterized by an overwhelming volume of automated communication. While modern tools enable mass outreach, the use of AI-generated messages has led to cluttered inboxes and diminished engagement. This saturation creates a significant challenge for sales teams seeking to connect with genuine prospects.

A New Approach to Sales Intelligence

Zynt's platform offers a solution by aggregating and analyzing data from public sources like news, social media, and job postings. It employs machine learning and natural language processing to identify crucial buying signals indicating a company is entering a purchasing phase. This technology provides users with actionable, context-rich insights instead of just contact lists.

The company's core philosophy prioritizes the "when and why" of outreach over the traditional "who." By focusing on timing and intent, Zynt delivers a curated set of accounts that are genuinely prepared to make a decision. This precision-based method allows sales professionals to concentrate their efforts on high-potential leads for greater success.

Market Validation and Founder Vision

To validate their hypothesis, Zynt's founders conducted approximately 1,200 interviews with sales professionals in New York. This research revealed that top-performing teams favor smaller, intensely analyzed target groups over large, generic lead lists. This insight directly informed the development and strategic direction of the Zynt platform.

Co-founder and CPTO Wojciech Ozimek emphasized the company's commitment to enhancing the system's accuracy. He stated the goal is to not only identify when to engage but also to explain the context driving that opportune moment. This vision aims to equip sales teams with a deeper understanding of their prospects' decision-making.

Strategic Allocation of Capital

The newly acquired $500,000 will be invested in advancing the platform's technology and achieving enterprise readiness. Key development areas include deepening integrations with CRM systems and building new capabilities. The company is also creating an event intelligence feature to help clients identify engagement opportunities at industry gatherings.

A significant portion of the funding is earmarked for supporting Zynt's international growth strategy. The company plans to expand its presence beyond Poland, with a particular focus on entering the competitive U.S. market. This move builds upon its initial success with globally operating clients and positions the startup for wider adoption.

Investor Confidence and Market Positioning

Stanisław Rogozinski from lead investor 24Ventures expressed confidence in Zynt's market position. He noted that while AI has created powerful tools, it has also flooded the market with noise, making precision essential. Rogozinski believes Zynt's focus on timing provides a critical edge where quality engagement is scarce.

This pre-seed funding round is a significant milestone for Zynt, empowering it to challenge established volume-centric sales methodologies. With a clear focus on signal intelligence and precise timing, the company is well-positioned to offer a more effective alternative. The investment validates Zynt's innovative approach and provides resources to redefine B2B sales engagement on a global scale.
