PassHub, a Brazilian travel technology startup focused on the agency market, has raised R$ 7.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Parceiro Ventures. The company was originally created as a consumer-facing flight search tool under the Passabot brand but pivoted to serving travel agencies after identifying a stronger opportunity. With the new capital, PassHub plans to accelerate platform development, expand its partner network, and advance artificial intelligence capabilities.
From Consumer Search to Agency Technology
The business began in 2025 as Passabot, allowing consumers to search for airfares through WhatsApp conversations. Months after launch, the founding team noticed that travel agents faced a much larger operational problem because existing tools remained fragmented and outdated. This led to the creation of PassHub in December 2025 as a B2B vertical dedicated to travel agencies.
PassHub grew quickly after its official launch, closing its first month with 100 registered agencies and reaching 400 by February 2026. The company now reports more than 2,000 agencies using the platform within nine months of operation. It has also processed over R$ 30 million in transactions, according to information provided by the startup.
A Central Hub for Fragmented Travel Operations
The PassHub platform brings together multiple consolidators and travel suppliers in a single environment, targeting a common pain point for travel agents. Instead of checking different systems for fares, incentives, and commercial conditions, agents can compare options and issue tickets from one interface. The initial focus is on air travel, but the company has already expanded into lodging, insurance, and road transportation.
Artificial intelligence is embedded across several stages of the journey, including product search, data entry, and customer support. According to the company, this combination of automation, integration, and AI can make certain daily activities up to ten times faster. PassHub also aims to cover payments, automation, service tools, and operational management as part of a broader technology layer for agencies.
Funding Round and Strategic Priorities
The R$ 7.5 million round was led by Parceiro Ventures, a US-based fund that invests in Brazilian and Latin American B2B startups. The investment is the company's second in 2026, following an earlier raise of R$ 1.2 million at the start of the year. PassHub was formed as a spin-off from Passabot and now operates independently.
According to the company, the new capital will be used to develop products and features, expand operations, and strengthen artificial intelligence tools. PassHub also intends to broaden integrations with consolidators and suppliers across the tourism ecosystem. The long-term goal is to become the central working platform for travel agents, regardless of agency size.
Positioning in the Brazilian Travel Market
Company leadership argues that travel agency technology has not kept pace with the needs of the sector and that many systems still force agents to adapt. PassHub wants to invert this logic by building software that adapts to the agent's workflow and reduces time spent on operational tasks. The company says this approach helps smaller agencies access commercial conditions and technology that were previously more available to large players.
With early traction and a fresh injection of capital, PassHub is positioned to accelerate its expansion in the Brazilian travel agency market. The round led by Parceiro Ventures provides resources to strengthen its platform and artificial intelligence capabilities while expanding its partner ecosystem. As the company grows beyond 2,000 agencies, it aims to consolidate fragmented tools into a single infrastructure for travel professionals.
