Vilnius-based AI startup Outcraft AI has secured €2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Practica Capital. The company is pioneering autonomous AI agents to execute real-time customer engagement and eliminate revenue loss from delayed follow-ups. Founded by Will Nauseda, Edvinas Rakickas, and Rytis Dereskevicius, Outcraft AI aims to transform how businesses interact with customers.

Addressing Inefficiencies in Customer Engagement

Businesses frequently lose revenue due to inconsistent or slow responses to customer actions. Critical opportunities like new leads, failed payments, and churn signals are often missed by overburdened teams. This problem is intensified by rising acquisition costs and the growing expectation for immediate, personalized communication.

Traditional methods for customer outreach are proving increasingly inadequate in the current market. Static email and SMS campaigns lack the flexibility to adapt, while human-led sales teams cannot operate at the necessary speed or scale. This creates a gap between customer demand for instant engagement and a company's ability to deliver it.

A New Category of Autonomous AI Agents

Outcraft AI addresses these challenges with its autonomous agents built for sales and revenue execution. These agents operate independently to engage customers across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, performing end-to-end tasks. The platform is designed to handle complex interactions without requiring direct human intervention for every action.

The system functions by responding to real-time triggers such as an abandoned checkout or an inbound lead. Upon detecting an event, the AI agent determines the optimal next action, whether initiating a call or sending a message. This proactive approach ensures no opportunity is lost due to delays in manual follow-up processes.

A key feature is the platform's ability to maintain continuous, context-aware conversations across channels. For instance, a missed call can be automatically followed by an SMS, with each interaction building upon the last. The system integrates with platforms like Salesforce and Shopify, enabling it to leverage customer data for immediate responses.

Strategic Funding and Future Vision

The €2 million pre-seed investment will be instrumental in advancing Outcraft AI's core product and go-to-market strategy. The funding, led by Practica Capital with early support from Lost Astronauts, validates the company's innovative approach. It provides the resources to scale operations and enhance the platform's capabilities for a wider client base.

CEO Will Nauseda emphasized that the company is creating a new system of execution, not just another sales tool. He stated that Outcraft AI's agents are built to do the work of engaging customers and driving revenue outcomes. Early clients, including Omnisend and Pulsetto, have already reported results like a threefold increase in demo bookings.

Looking ahead, Outcraft AI envisions a future of fully autonomous revenue execution. In this model, AI agents will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial lead capture and qualification to closing deals and retention. This goal positions the company to reshape how businesses scale their customer growth strategies without human bandwidth limitations.

This €2 million funding round is a significant milestone for Outcraft AI, signaling a market shift toward autonomous systems. By focusing on execution rather than just lead generation, the company addresses a critical pain point for modern businesses. With a clear vision and early customer validation, Outcraft AI is well-positioned to lead the automation of revenue-generating activities.
